Beautiful apartment in condo with pools, tennis and beach access

Boasting with 3 swimming pool, a private beach area, 12 tennis courts , this unit is set in Key Biscayne and provides accommodation with free WiFi. The Apartment has air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, washing and dryer machine . The Unit features a kitchen with oven and microwave ,coffee machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
It has3 bedrooms ( 1 King size, 2 queen and 1 queen ) and a 2 bathroom.

PARKING SPACE FOR ONE CAR

NO CAMPERVANS / RV MOTORHOMES are allowed in the condominium parking due to height restriction. ( MAX 6'7" )
At Key Colony, guests are welcome to take advantage of the restaurants and fitness room. The accommodation offers a barbecue area in one of the pools. Crandon Marina is 3.1 km from Key Colony.

Please note Ocean pool and bar will be closed during the months of February and March 2026 due to a renovation. Botanica and Lap pool as well as the beach access will remain open

Family Vacation

We needed a place to stay after we went on a cruise and this condo was the perfect place. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Spring break

Had a wonderful spring break here. Easy walk to the Bach and all sorts of restaurants. The pools were warm and great for our kids. The unit was clean and the living room was a great space to gather

Great!

Great place located walking distance to many parks, restaurants, and stores. It was our first trip to Key Biscayne and it was wonderful. The unit was great. Pool, playground, beach was all wonderful. Took us a day to find the quickest route to the beach, but once we did it was very easy to get to! Will be back

Property is in a very good location. 5 min walk to the beach. Nice and quiet, not overcrowded. Multiple pools, w bar staff, lap pool, gym. Great place for families. Enjoyed water activities as well. Close to Little Havana, Coconut Grove, and Brickell which was nice. Great for families

Great stay in Key Biscayne

Loved our time here. Beautiful koi pond just outside the window. Pool was close by too. The beach was a bit of a trek but we went to Crandon park beach which was a 5 minute drive and literally had everything you needed for a beach day! Chair rentals, food, restrooms

lots of wildlife. Truly a gem. Don’t forget to take in the sunset in the State Park. Beautiful scenery!!! The condo was clean and close to many eateries within walking distance. We very much enjoyed the quiet stay and security of the building. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable

We needed a place to stay close to marina for scuba classes and the location was perfect. Close to grocery, Starbucks and restaurants. We didn't have the opportunity to use the pools or gym, but the unit was very clean and well stocked with towels, and kitchen gear. Wifi was good. Beds were very comfortable. Parking spot was well located. Would definately recommend.

The Key

A wonderful location and the property is great ! The condo needs to be updated with newer dishes etc for the kitchen . The tan did not work in the living room and it was warm in that area due to the windows . Overall with updating , this is a very nice place to stay ! We had a wonderful time ! My family lived on the island so very close to them !

Excellent apartment and superb customer service

This apartment at Key Colony in Key Biscayne is even nicer in reality than on the pictures, if possible. It has a great layout, very spacious, clean and equipped with everything a traveller might need. There were 8 of us staying and we all enjoyed our stay. The beds and sofas in the living room are super comfy. There is plenty of supplies and towels. We all had a very comfortable stay and relaxing time. Sofia is a superb host, available all the time for any questions and requests that can come up for a group of people like ours traveling from different sides and at different times. Highly recommend this apartment and host!

Wonderful get away

Easy drive from Miami airport, location is walking distance to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place met all our needs as a family spending some time together. The beach is a little bit of a walk; the pools, tennis courts, playground and other amenities helped occupy the younger ones. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals. The beach was perfect. A seaweed cleaning crew each morning. 2 chairs with an umbrella are available. Definitely would love to come back again, beautiful and clean place. Next time I would want to stay longer! Sofia was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Beautiful condo

It was a relatively new listing so I did not know what to expect. But it was a beautiful condo. Private gated community. Very safe. Walking distance to Starbucks and a couple of stores. Two beautiful pools one on the beach with a restaurant. Very comfortable for three couples. Would stay again
