This condo was very nice. It had all we needed for a home away from home. it is very spacious which was a pleasant surprise because you can't tell from the pictures. Was concerned that downtown noise might be an issue for me because I'm a light sleeper but the bed is so comfortable and there are no windows in the bedroom which helps keep the noise out, I slept wonderfully. Appreciated the explicit check-in directions which allowed us find, get into the unit and park without problem. If you're looking for a nice downtown location that is conveniently located, this is a great option.

Perfect location for Convention Center

The apartment was perfectly located for my conference at the nearby convention center. The parking lot was very convenient and there was easy elevator access to and from the apartment. The walk to the convention center was easy with lots of food options along the way. The apartment was clean and instructions easy to follow. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely rent again if I end up visiting Louisville in the future, especially if I go for another conference!

Excellent unit in a great building. Kim was a fabulous host - clear communication, detailed, friendly, helpful, and responsive.The location is ideal. We were going to a couple shows at the Palace Theater and were only a 3-4 minute walk away. 4th St Live is even closer. Loved having the complimentary parking in a nearby garage.The unit is well-equipped and exudes warmth and comfort, while still being streamlined and uncluttered. All the furniture is comfortable and well cared for. Was also nice to have a private balcony.Thumbs up all around and would definitely stay here again.

The loft was fantastic! Set in an old department store, you’ll see that once you’ve entered the building elevator. Communication was good we received a text day of arrival explaining parking and arrival. Just a note. The garage is quite tight for larger vehicles. I drive 2019 Ram Big Horn stock not lifted. The satellite receiver on top hit the height limit at the entrance to the garage. I didn’t hit anything inside of the actual garage. The exit is very tight and impossible not to curb it on exit. Louisville is always great we will definitely visit again.
