Absolutely no parties permitted.
Guests will be charged for permanently stained towels, bedding, or any home fabric. Please treat towels gently to maintain their pristine condition for all guests.
Damages to the property, decor, or furniture will incur charges.
Do not remove or relocate wall decor; any breakage will be charged for both items.
The person who made the booking must check in.
No smoking is allowed inside the house.
Please respect noise curfew.
Do not set the AC below 70 degrees.
Kindly adhere to check-in and check-out times.
Please wash your dishes.
Ensure you take out the trash before departure.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
A pet fee of $100 per stay applies.
