This stylish loft is perfect for groups of any size! As you enter the loft you come across a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee, allowing for the perfect start to your day! You will then enter into the large living room with beautiful vaulted ceilings, a large tv for all of your streaming needs, and is decorated floor to ceiling with style! Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep on a comfortable king size bed, either of our memory foam queen beds, or even our comfortable memory foam sleeper sofa! This space is set up perfectly for up to 8 people, and is equipped with 2 full bathrooms and free in unit laundry! This space is located in a foodies dream location, with a multitude of fantastic food options as well as bars all within walking distance! Wonderful location

Walking distance to a mix of restaurants and bars. Short drive to NULU and downtown. Great spot for a bourbon-centered weekend.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament which this was 15 min from the Expo Center but we had time to enjoy the great restaurants on the street. The accommodations were as expected. Just know the parking space is tight. Our Durango fit but our truck would not have. Communication was always timely.

This is such a great property! This is the second time we have rented and will definitely be back again in the future! The location is excellent for walking to shops and restaurants. Clean and adorably decorated. The host is wonderful about communication and any help you need. Highly recommend!!

Our second stay with Tyler. Clean, roomy, well equipped. Great neighborhood. Foodie heaven, shopping. Hit The Irish Rover for bangers and mash this time. Will be back! Don’t miss the Blue Dog bakery.

6 of us girls stayed here for a Bachelorette party. Any questions i had were answered promptly. The whole experience staying here was very nice & Tyler is an amazing host! I recommend this VRBO.

4 of us stayed here for the weekend. My only real complaint is the parking. The assigned parking spot is a VERY tight squeeze if you’re in a large vehicle.

Perfect place for my troop!

Hotel prices for 2 rooms are insane so we always look into a short term vacation rental. I would recommend staying here for anyone! We had to have a place to go that we could come in late and get up early and leave. My Girl Scout troop loved it! Clean, comfortable, you could easily take a larger troop and sleep comfortably! The Host was amazing and I will recommend him for every stay in Louisville!

Nice Loft in Clifton

We were traveling through from MI to TN and stayed one night here. It was perfect for our family of 5. Great restaurants within walking distance, and our young adult kids enjoyed the air hockey table and games. Our kids said they could live there ;) Beds were comfortable, we appreciated the coffee, fans, and nice decor. Communication with the host was excellent.

Clean and quiet

We enjoyed our time in Kentucky. Quiet, clean home close to everything. I realized I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left which was the only check task asked of me and I feel terrible about that. Some places have a list of check out tasks. Thank you Tyler for your hospitality.

Nice rental

We all enjoyed our stay and the boys especially enjoyed the air hockey. The apartment was clean and comfortable and roomy. The only thing I think might be a drawback for someone who has mobility issues is the stairs to reach the apartment which are on the steep side. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay

We were in town for a show at nearby venue, location is very close to several really great food spots, Korean Thai Italian. This place is immaculate. Brightly and tastefully decorated. Comfy sheets and great shower. Tons of room for my husband and two teen boys. Steep steps up to the unit and also spiral staircase might be hard for people with mobility issues, otherwise perfect sty and host was very quick to respond when we asked to check in early. Which we did, 45 minutes early. Very happy with this place

This property is sooo great!

Very nice!! Clean, chic decor, everything you need! Walking distance to so many great restaurants. Onsite parking for one vehicle. Cool balcony with enough seating to hang outside. Adorable neighborhood. The host was excellent and so accommodating! Host responded immediately with any questions or needs. We will definitely stay at this property again in the future!
