This stylish loft is perfect for groups of any size! As you enter the loft you come across a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee, allowing for the perfect start to your day! You will then enter into the large living room with beautiful vaulted ceilings, a large tv for all of your streaming needs, and is decorated floor to ceiling with style! Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep on a comfortable king size bed, either of our memory foam queen beds, or even our comfortable memory foam sleeper sofa! This space is set up perfectly for up to 8 people, and is equipped with 2 full bathrooms and free in unit laundry! This space is located in a foodies dream location, with a multitude of fantastic food options as well as bars all within walking distance! This is such a great property! This is the second time we have rented and will definitely be back again in the future! The location is excellent for walking to shops and restaurants. Clean and adorably decorated. The host is wonderful about communication and any help you need. Highly recommend!!

Our stay was just as described. My husband and his friend were participating in the Louisville Ironman that weekend and it provided a great place to stay! Very close to all the downtown events and the neighborhood was really neat. Lots of food options around, both drivable and walkable. We walked to the gelato place a few doors down and it was delicious. Communication with the owner was great, clear instructions, and great follow up. The place was clean and decorated so nice. We slept in the upstairs bed and the pillows and mattress were very confortable. I would recommend to stay here and would come back again! My daughter that was with us is going to be in town in the fall for a concert and immediately looked to book it, but unfortunately it was already booked. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean and quiet

We enjoyed our time in Kentucky. Quiet, clean home close to everything. I realized I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left which was the only check task asked of me and I feel terrible about that. Some places have a list of check out tasks. Thank you Tyler for your hospitality.

Excellent stay

We were in town for a show at nearby venue, location is very close to several really great food spots, Korean Thai Italian. This place is immaculate. Brightly and tastefully decorated. Comfy sheets and great shower. Tons of room for my husband and two teen boys. Steep steps up to the unit and also spiral staircase might be hard for people with mobility issues, otherwise perfect sty and host was very quick to respond when we asked to check in early. Which we did, 45 minutes early. Very happy with this place

Great for the weekend

4 of us stayed here for the weekend. My only real complaint is the parking. The assigned parking spot is a VERY tight squeeze if you’re in a large vehicle.

Perfect place for my troop!

Hotel prices for 2 rooms are insane so we always look into a short term vacation rental. I would recommend staying here for anyone! We had to have a place to go that we could come in late and get up early and leave. My Girl Scout troop loved it! Clean, comfortable, you could easily take a larger troop and sleep comfortably! The Host was amazing and I will recommend him for every stay in Louisville!

6 of us girls stayed here for a Bachelorette party. Any questions i had were answered promptly. The whole experience staying here was very nice & Tyler is an amazing host! I recommend this VRBO.

Fantastic Location

Our second stay with Tyler. Clean, roomy, well equipped. Great neighborhood. Foodie heaven, shopping. Hit The Irish Rover for bangers and mash this time. Will be back! Don’t miss the Blue Dog bakery.

Lots of room, quiet, clean, fantastic location

Tyler was a very attentive host. Great walking access to many cafes, restaurants, brew pubs, etc. Very clean, pretty well stocked kitchen. Played a little air hockey one night. There is a long flight of exterior stairs to access the second floor unit. If you are mobility impaired, this won't work for you.

Great communication

Tyler sent detailed check in instructions. When we arrived our parking spot was tight for our truck , I reached out to Tyler he was fast to respond and we were able to park in a spot of the buisness below the apartment. Tyler was fast with all communication, and ver accommodating . Apartment was clean.

Close to downtown

We made a quick overnight visit to Louisville to see a Cirque du Soleil show. This location made it easy to get to and from the arena quickly. Many restaurants within walking distance was a plus. Place was clean, beds comfortable, and nice extras like Disney+ and HULU, coffee/creamer/sugar in the kitchen, large bottles of shampoo etc in the baths. One note, however, this is not a place for people with poor balance or ambulation. A steep staircase up to the entrance, and a spiral staircase up to the king master and small deck.
