This is the place! Welcome to your fully equipped urban oasis in the heart of Scottsdale. This 3 bed/2 bath home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
Just 6 miles from Sky Harbor Airport and minutes to downtown Old Town Scottsdale shops, restaurant, resorts and entertainment.
Grassy backyard with gazebo, BBQ, and patio dining, perfect for meals al fresco. String lights add ambiance to the evenings. Backyard is completely enclosed for your fur babies to enjoy! Additional amenities include a quite and enclosed laundry room, WiFi, cable TV in living rooms, smart tvs in bedrooms, free parking in driveway and in street. No HOA community!

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

Property includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

I thought the beds were pretty comfortable. We all slept well. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful. It was easy to get in and out of the house. Location was great. Highly recommended. If needed to go back in that area, we will rent again.

Very clean, my partner and I loved the king’s sized bed and shower. Everything was cozy and we loved coming here after being out all day and relaxing, very nice home.

Scottsdale Magical Neighborhood

Within blocks you are within downtown Scottsdale enjoying the sites, restaurants, and shops! The neighborhood is perfect for a great time with a home with a beautiful, shaded backyard. We will be back!

Centrally located

Family vacation. Scottsdale was on our list and this home was ideally situated for us. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 child. Very close to Old Town Scottsdale and plenty of dining options nearby. Would stay again if we are back in the area.

Amazing House in Old Town Scottsdale

We had the best time in this house! The home was awesome and the neighborhood was amazing. The location was perfect as we walked into old town multiple times. A quick drive to other great locations including camelback mountain. Would highly recommend!

We needed a place to stay in a pinch and we were very fortunate the property was available same day and that the property owner was more than willing to work with us for a same day check in. Property was perfect for us.

Fantastic location, comfy home

Very convenient for Scottsdale Old Town and the canal, walkable & lovely neighbourhood. Comfortable beds, one BR with en suite, perfect for 2 couples. Excellent coffee set up, lovely patio. Would book again!

We had a lovely stay for our family event weekend. Location was as great- seems like it was 20 minutes or less to everything we needed to get to!! Host was very accommodating and quick yo response. The back yard patio was so lovely to sit and drink coffee in the morning watching and listening to the birds. There was a bunch of small Parrots visiting the trees every day! I would definitely stay again!

South-West Village Scottsdale Escape

We came to Scottsdale from northern NJ for a respite from the winter weather and we got everything we had hoped for. The weather, the house, the neighborhood, and the many nearby attractions were all great. The front yard, facing south, was great for morning sun and the backyard was perfect for the afternoons. The neighborhood was excellent for walking our dog and Old Town Scottsdale was just a short walk away either on charming local streets or along the canal just a couple of blocks from the house. The host was extremely responsive and was a pleasure to interact with.

This is the place to stay!

We had one of the best experiences you could ask for at an Vrbo. We came out for Arizona bike week with a group of lifetime friends. the first morning when we got outside a few neighbors walked over to us as they seen we were getting the motorcycles ready to head out for a ride. Some of the nicest people, wanted to see our bikes and gave us a ton of great places to go ride and check out. The backyard was incredible and a great place to wind down after a day out with the friends on motorcycles. The place was very clean, the beds were some of the most comfortable ever and we truly felt at home between the vibes of the house and the friendly neighborhood. This area is extremely safe, we left the bikes out every night and one of our friends even forgot to take the keys out of the bike for 2 nights. If your looking for a little fun at night you can walk 2 blocks and have plenty of really fun bars and restaurants to choose from. We will definitely be back next year and we cannot wait!
