A beautiful location in all seasons, nestled by a pond on a 6-acre wooded lot just 5 minutes from downtown Cheboygan. This above garage apartment has a private entrance, living area with workstation, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, in suite washer/dryer, Internet & TV. On-site parking for car plus a boat or trailer. Near snowmobile trails, bike trails, & boat launches (2 miles to Cheboygan Municipal Launch, 7 miles to Mullett Lake Village launch). 18 miles to Mackinac Island Ferry, 30 miles to Nub Nobs Ski Area, 13œ miles to Black Mountain Nordic Ski Trails, 21œ miles to Headlands International Dark Sky Park.

This apartment was perfect for our one night stay. It's a little out of the way but worth it for the quiet peaceful setting. It was very clean and had everything we needed - even some yummy homemade caramel corn.

This is the perfect apartment for a couple! The location is peaceful and relaxing. We were able to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the fresh breeze throughout the living space. VERY clean!!! We had no complaints about our stay and will most definitely return.

Quiet setting minutes from town

Loved the location it's just minutes from town. Tammy is a very gracious host. The accommodations were very clean and spacious. I highly recommend.

My wife and I had an enjoyable time. Everything was above and beyond as what was stated on the VRBO site. Nothing but a 5 star rating. We enjoyed meeting Paul and Tammy and Winston (Golden Retriever) was a real treat. Plenty of shopping and places to eat within a short drive and plenty of Michigan to see and do within a 45 minute drive. We plan to stay again next fall and take a couple daily trips to Mackinaw Island.

Very clean and very nice place with comfy bed. Everything you need was at this cute apt.Hosts were very accommodating for us. I can't think of a con unless it would be carrying all our stuff upstairs. Even that wasn't bad. Really enjoyed this nice quiet place and close to town but still in the country.

I'm a very private person who loves peace and quiet. I couldn't see or hear any other people at this home, and that was perfect for me. The hosts provided everything necessary, and made the rental feel homey.

This property is everything as described, and more. Tammy is a wonderful and caring host. A lot of thought and care has gone into making this a very comfortable, and immaculately clean stay. Tucked away in a beautifully wooded property, it has the feel of being in a very relaxing, natual setting. Being just a few minutes out of town, it is also very convenient. The host is very generous, and included some home made caramel corn, and the coffee provided is excellent, from Cheboygan Coffee. Will definitely want to stay again on another trip.

Great little getaway tucked away

Very nice secluded house that has an apartment above the garage. Very clean and inviting, laid out nicely and a full kitchen with some "goodies". Very nice hosts and really quiet surroundings. Easy to get to and close to town.

Wonderful retreat

This was a great apartment, complete with amenities for travelers! We were able to cook, do laundry and relax in the spacious one bedroom getaway. The Hostess gave excellent directions, the apartment is clean, bright, well equipped and taken care of. She is also very responsive, and answered questions quickly. Great stay - would book it again in a heartbeat!!

Beautiful home nestled in the woods. Easy access and close to town. Very quaint, nicely decorated apartment, small kitchen with everything you need to cook your own food. Special parking spot. So much better than staying in a hotel. The hosts have made it a very warm place to stay with plenty of privacy. Highly recommend.

Stay at Quiet Apt

We enjoyed it very much. A few suggestions finding network channels, nbc, abc, and cbs was very difficult . Would have been nice to have had a lit clock/alarm clock in the bedroom and another in the living area.
