Le condo est professionnellement décoré et offre toutes les commodités de la maison. Il ya à manger, la plongée et autres activités nautiques et de shopping à distance de marche. Sur place, salle de gym, tennis, piscine et bain à remous chauffé. location de l'eau de sport, spa de jour, jeep et de location de scooters sont à proximité, les références peuvent être fournis. L'unité dispose de la télévision, Internet haute vitesse, la sécurité 24 heures, et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Le bâtiment est accessible et dispose de 2 ascenseurs. Terrific property with wonderful hosts! We have stayed several times and hope to be back soon. The unit is the best in the Palmar. Nice view, spacious, quiet. Centrally located, plenty within walking distance if you don't have a car, lots of parking if you do. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful condo in a great location.

This is a great condo outside of the downtown area but close to fabulous restaurants and beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is well stocked and the hosts are great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views beautiful property

Wife and I stayed here for 10 amazing days! The views were incredible, the condo has everything you could want/need, plenty of room to spread out! The staff at the Palmar are amazing and our hosts were great! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to stay here!

Very pleasant, great location

Everything went well (even with Hurricane Beryl). We had stayed here before and would again. The property management team was responsive, made sure we were OK before and after the hurricane hitting the island.

Great place overall! I gave it 4 stars because the master bed was hard as a rock and the safe did not work.

Hola Kyle, We live on the premises. In the future if you have an issue we wish you would report it to us. I’m sure we could have fixed or replaced the safe. Also we have a memory foam topper we could have put on the bed. Not everyone likes a soft surface on their bed. Had you asked us, we could have rectified the situation. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. It is difficult to make all the people happy all the time but we try our best. 😊

Amazing spot in Cozumel

This place felt like a home away from home and was extraordinary. We’d love to watch the ships come in and go out. This unit had everything you could ask for and more and the host were awesome at communication. We would love to come back for a relaxing holiday

Great Views and Amenities!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and stocked with amenities. It had everything we needed- we especially appreciated the number of towels provided and all of the kitchenware for cooking, they even have a grill and a place on the balcony to wash your dive gear. The view was stunning and the pool was a great place to relax. Loved everything about this place!

This beautiful condo at Palmar is managed by Victoria Jackson and Chris Crew. We are Americans living in Cozumel full time and reside at Palmar. We are a small management company and pride ourselves on attention to detail.

We love Cozumel, and Palmar is an upscale building, centrally located on the Island. Cozumel is a safe and beautiful place with so many things to do. It is a tropical paradise!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The view of the ocean is unobstructed, you will enjoy your morning coffee watching the incoming cruise ships arrive, and then in the evening enjoy a gorgeous sunset as they depart the Island. There is shopping, fine dining and awesome water sports all near by. The building offers an amazing 3 level pool and tennis court.
