Casa Carlita est une maison de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain située à deux pùtés de maisons du front de mer dans le quartier résidentiel de Corpus Christi. La maison dispose d'un salon et salle à manger confortable avec de délicieux meubles mexicains rustiques. Les chambres sont grandes, aux extrémités opposées de la maison, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain pour une intimité totale.

La cuisine moderne offre un bar pour le petit dĂ©jeuner et est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec cuisiniĂšre, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, mixeur, micro-ondes, cafetiĂšre, grille-pain, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Climatisation centrale et ventilateurs de plafond partout. La climatisation peut ĂȘtre rĂ©glĂ©e par thermostat dans chaque piĂšce via une tĂ©lĂ©commande Ă  main. À Casa Carlita, les clients pourront profiter du confort de la maison, y compris la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble, magnĂ©toscope / DVD et chaĂźne stĂ©rĂ©o. Il y a un petit coffre-fort avec une serrure numĂ©rique programmable, des films DVD et une bibliothĂšque de lecture. L'accĂšs Internet haute vitesse sans fil est gratuit, alors apportez votre ordinateur portable.

La cour avant est entourée d'un haut mur qui offre aux clients l'utilisation privée totale de la piscine en forme de rein. Il y a beaucoup de meubles d'extérieur et de chaises longues pour se détendre au soleil, une douche extérieure et un réservoir de rinçage pour les plongeurs afin de rincer leur équipement ou leur équipement de plongée.

Nice location, nice little pool, generally adequate parking with the exception of one night, good value. The only thing missing is a big screen TV. A 50 inch big screen at Chedraui goes for about 300, a 43 inch about 200. I know...it's dumb to watch TV in a beautiful foreign country, but we are all addicted to Netflix and love movie nights after sundown and a busy beach day.

What an amazing house!!! 5 min walk to the water, stores and 10 minutes to the cruise port! The home was beautiful! Pool was amazing and was the most well stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. The aster bedroom was large, and second master had direct access to patio and pool! We are already looking to return in a few months! We loved the complete privacy and the area was very safe and we never heard any noise after hours or early morning

We had a great stay! The house was very clean as was the pool. The air conditioning worked great. It was nice to have a completely private backyard and pool. We felt completely safe walking around the area even at night. We used their bicycles to ride into town which only took about 5 minutes.

Fantastic!

Great location for in town restaurants and groceries. Nice privacy for house and pool. On a quiet street. Very clean with modern conveniences but with appealing Mexican decor (not overdone). Super nice manager, Victor, is very helpful and communicative as is the host/owner. We plan to be back!!! Thanks!

What a beautiful amazing home

Just like home

Our stay was very enjoyable, as the property was well maintained and equipped with all necessary provisions. Carla was very helpful in answering our questions, and helping us book the week that we wanted. We had a wonderful host, Victor, to greet us, and a exceptional cleaning lady, Mary, who insured our stay was top notch. The house was comfortable and was perfect for our stay in Cozumel. Perfect in every way

I absolutely love this house and the entire staff. The only challenge is that it’s always booked - for very good reasons! It is quiet, very comfortable and very clean. Carla (host) is super responsive and Victor and Maria are wonderful. The private pool is spectacular before and after diving. It’s super convenient to rinse and store dive gear which I really appreciate. It’s far enough off the beaten path to not feel touristy and close enough to get to everything. Can’t recommend it enough.

Casa Carlita is Awesome!!!

Okay, if you look back at some of the past guest's comments, you will see a common theme with my wife and me. This is because this was our fifth stay at Casa Carlita and we have already booked our sixth for 2024. Carla's home is clean and organized. She recently purchased a new refrigerator and gas stove. Both are great. Her local representative Victor is very helpful and friendly. The home is very close to the grocery store, restaurants and about a 15 minute walk downtown. Thank you Carla. Turquoise Heaven

My adult son and I spent six days at Casa Carlita's and the stay surpassed my expectations. The home, the people, the beautiful ocean views, were just fantastic. Online reviews sometimes scare a person; I am happy to note that every scary thing I read about Cozumel was not true. We opted to skip maid service, but tipped anyway, realizing this is how people make their living. However, I did meet the lady that came on our last day and she was as sweet as can be! Victor, the VRBO representative, met us at the airport, waited for us to pick up our rental vehicle, and led us to the house; this in itself was FANTASTIC, it gave us time to acclimate to driving in Cozumel without worrying where we were going. Although we did not call Victor for assistance, we navigated and explored our way around with our mobile phone GPS; it was so CALMING and REASSURING to know that he was a telephone call away and would immediately assist us with anything if need be. This to me, was a HUGE asset, being in another country and having a personal contact was awesome. I am a single 65 yr old female and I came back excited to know that I can go to Cozumel by myself, rent a car, stay in Casa Carlita's and have the most wonderful time alone, travel around the island and be SAFE! There is not one thing that was lacking at the home, everything was PERFECT, I would not consider staying anywhere else on my next visit!

Craig and I live between three homes. Washington State, Arizona and Cozumel. Craig is an attorney who practices law in the State of Washington, but thanks to technology, he is able to work from Cozumel and Arizona as well.

After diving all over the Caribbean, we found that we enjoyed Cozumel as much above the water as we did below the water. The diving was great and the people in Cozumel were even greater. We felt very much at home on our first visit to Cozumel and within two years we had completed our home away from home.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Location, Location, Location. Casa Carlita is close to everything that Cozumel has to offer, but the home is very quiet and private. We are only a 2 minutie walk to a major grocery store, a ten minute walk to some fun restuarants and a 5 minute walk to the pier near Margaritaville to catch your dive boat. Guests appreciate our excellent maid service and the loads of amenities provided including wireless internet, free long distance to US and Canada, DVD player with over 200 movies, books, etc to choose from. Our courtyard is surrounded by a high wall for complete privacy.
