The property was great. This was our 2nd time staying here. Love the renovations but a little pricey but it was race weekend. Definitely will stay here again. Peaceful and close to everything.

This Condo is top notch. We love the location, the surrounding areas and the condo itself is always in excellent condition. This is our second year and we have already booked for next year.

We loved the location, everything was smooth day off arrival. House is stocked with the necessities and that's really appreciated. We had 5 adults, every bed was uncomfortable. That was agreed by all. Big stain on the living room rug. HOWEVER the biggest problem was the Palmetto bugs. They were everywhere outside the front door and inside!!! I won't stay here again because of them.

This condo was perfect especially for my elderly mom. It has easy access to the beach and pool. It is spacious and comfortable. We were there for a wedding and ended up having it just outside of the condo due to the winds and tide. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying in a condo that was ground level. It was worth it! Direct access to the beach. No elevators and multiple floors to pass through. The condo itself was beautiful and clean and it had every kitchen dish or appliance that we needed. Laundry in the unit is a must for us and this place had it. Large and very comfortable furniture with great views of the ocean. I would highly recommend this condo. It was a great time for my family.

This was my third time staying in this condo. Last time was in 2018 and it was great. Improvements have been made and it’s even better. Everything is there that you need. I highly recommend this condo

Great location. Easy access from balcony to pool and ocean. Beach was really nice and not too crowded, even for July 4th week. We rented an umbrella and chair for the week from a teen who drives up and down with a 4-wheeler. They set it up each morning and took it down each evening. So convenient and nice. The condo has water essentials in a closet which were available for us. Overall, we were very pleased and happy with the condo and location.

We’re so glad to hear that! Yes, a great note to other guests about being able to rent chairs and umbrella for the beach that can be setup and taken down daily if you don’t want to carry the chairs/umbrella provided at the unit.

The condo had a fully stocked kitchen and amazing views. It was the perfect size for our family! The owner was great and we will stay again when back in the area.

We had an absolutely incredible 4-night stay at this beautiful Daytona condo! We were in town to celebrate my wife’s Master’s degree graduation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and this property served as the perfect home base for our family. Being on the ground floor with direct ocean access made beach days effortless, and the views were simply amazing. The condo itself was fantastic, featuring three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms that gave everyone plenty of privacy, along with a beautifully updated kitchen. Plus, the close proximity to the Embry-Riddle campus made commuting for graduation events incredibly convenient. Communication was also seamless; our host, Scott, was incredibly easy to contact and quick to help with any questions we had during our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The direct ground floor access is an amazing feature that makes it hard not to be on the ground floor after you experience the ease and convenience of direct access like that and the amazing beach view! Nice and quiet

Only a few minutes south from the main daytona area but much more peaceful and quiet. The view of the beach is awesome. Would definitely stay here again if we visit the area.
