I would like to thank the host for allowing me and my family to enjoy such a beautiful home. The accommodations were as stated in the VRBO app and it was located close to eateries, stores, places to visit (such as Old Sacramento) and close to travel to San Francisco or Reno & Tahoe. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and would lease it again as well.

Our host was alwsys responsive to our needs. We love the spacious home and how clean it is. It is perfect for our annual get together with plenty of beds and a nice big dining table that fits us all.

We were in Sacramento for our son's wedding and needed a place big enough for our family members to stay. This house was perfect. Large, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, huge kitchen and living room, large outside gathering area. In general, a very large upscale home. Would definitely recommend this house for family stays.

Spacious House
We stayed at this well kept house for a weekend with our family. It was very spacious and accommodated everyone really well. The host, Lydia, was really responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Our group of ladies gathers each year, and this home is by far, the most perfect place. Huge kitchen for us to coo meals together, large dining table to gather 'round, and plenty if beds and baths for all. Lots of breathing space. Another wonderful weekend.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It felt spacious and comfortable. I was able to feel relaxed. My family and I enjoyed our time in the neighborhood and the house. It was located conveniently near shopping and our events. I recommend this place!!

Better than it looks
The property is better looking and more spacious than it looks, the pictures don't really do it justice, we only regret not staying longer.
The host Lydia is incredibly responsive, even gave us tips for day trips to Napa or San Francisco, her recommendation ended up being the perfect setting for me and my fiancee's engagement photo shoot.

Our stay was awesome! I recommend this property if you want a pleasant stay. This property had all of the accommodations we needed to make our stay comfortable. This is a beautiful property. The property is beautiful on the inside. The outside doesn't present very well. Plants are dying and there are a lot of tall weeds in the front and back yards. The kitchen lacks a lot of basic things (like towels, for example). The beds are comfortable, there is lots of space and the bbq is quite nice. It's a main neighborhood street, but a quiet neighborhood.

Excellent time at Elk Grove
This spacious house was the perfect place for our group of seven for our yearly get-together. The kitchen was plenty big enough for a few of us to cook together and all of us to gather around the huge island. We enjoyed sitting for meals together in the dining room. We booked the 1 bdrm/1ba space also, which gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our own space when we needed it.
We would definitely recommend!

This is house was not setup to be a Vacation rental. Warm water was very intermittent, and only lukewarm, in the master bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom downstairs, with a broken on-demand hot water heater. The host was not proactive in resolving the problem. 5 professionals shared 1 bathroom for showers. Lastly, the kitchen is not well supplied with tools & utensils, and what it does have is very low quality.

Spacious home
This was a great home and location for our family totalling 11 people. The house was quite spacious and in a perfect location for attending a family wedding at a nearby winery. Our young girls enjoyed the upstairs spacious "landing" equipped with a stage and several guitars. It should be noted that one of the "bedrooms" (including the third full sized bathroom), is located in a separate "gen-X" type unit with a separate entrance. It worked fine for our family but might not for all groups.

Hot Water Issues
The house is located in a great neighborhood and is beautiful! The host is very responsive. However, when trying to shower or use the bathroom sinks, hot water is an issue. You have to push a âbuttonâ in order to try and get warm water in ALL of the bathrooms. Showers were at best, luke warm. We were expecting the 2 sofa beds to be pullouts of some kind and they were regular couches. This made it difficult to sleep on. The guests in our party reported that all beds except the master bed were extremely hard and uncomfortable!! The master bathroom was very spacious and provided a lot of room for several girls to get ready in. The main living room, can only seat 5 guests (it only had a couch and loveseat) which made it difficult for our guest of 9 to come together.

Regarding the hot water, Iâd like to clarify that the home is a newly built, fully smart house equipped with a brand new intelligent water heater system. Because of the size of the property, the bathrooms that are farther from the water heater require pressing the hot water button to quickly circulate hot water, even though hot water is available 24 hours a day. Iâm sorry if this was inconvenientâI understand it can be unexpected if the instructions are missed. Before your arrival, I provided a detailed guide explaining quite time and how the system works, and our monitoring confirmed that the water heater was functioning properly during your stay with no outages.
As for the sofas, the photos and description in the listing accurately show the arrangement. There is a sofa bed on the first floor AD1B that can be fully opened into a bed. Iâm sorry if there was any confusion about this during your stay.Regarding the beds, all of the mattresses in the house are high-quality branded mattresses of the same type and firmness in each room. I understand that mattress comfort can feel different to each guest, and Iâm sorry that they didnât meet everyoneâs preferences.
