Spaces and views at the villa:
You can enjoy different spaces around the Villa. Front you have a bay view watching the waves and most amazing sunsets. The north end of the Villa has a small wooden terrace with a view to several bays. The back side has a huge wooden terrace at the side of the forest with shade during the day. Often with monkeys hanging around. The south end of the villa has a grill area and also a small terrace under almond trees with view to Playa Maderas Rock. You can move around outside the villa and get different kinds of experiences and shades during the day. Always something new to watch and experience. You can also dine outside at the grass area and enjoy sunset – and later sit there and to stargazing.

Pool and Palapa:
Take a dip in the 13m infinity pool or use your own direct access to the beach. There are different small private terraces around the pool. A great feature is the traditional nicaraguan palapa where you can enjoy shade and a fresh breeze where as well as the waves. You can use it for reading, work remotely on great wifi, dinner or party Its normal to ask to have breakfast or dinner served at the palapa and enjoy traditional nicaraguan style of living. This villa shares the pool and the palapa with another villa – but guests normally coordinates how to use it without any problems.

Food:
Almost all kinds of meals in different ways from a fully equipped kitchen, grill, go to 4 restaurants at the beach or get quick delivery from restaurants in town. You have any freedom to cook and organize this as you want – and the staff always online can help with advice about many options or cook any type of meal or diet for you. You have a lot of options anytime you like. Or you can just follow our recommendations.

Traveling with kids:
It is normal to bring kids, including small kids. We always set up villas in advance with requests. Fx with some spaces for kids. We have family games and a smart TV. And you can go on a monkey trip. Pool stairs has an area for small kids.
This villa has a large master bedroom – where it is easy to organize with kids. Also the villa is a little remote – and also often have breezes. So you will feel it convenient with kids. Lets us know before if anything special required.
Temperature can be regulated with a/c in bedrooms, fans in other rooms and movable fans and the breeze as well as shaded and fresh areas.

Staff:
Always online, 24 hour security and housekeeping, kitchen staff on request. Daily cleaning is included. Staff is discrete but always close. Very flexible and personalized services. Tell us what you need.

Wellness:
If you like to order a private massage or other kind of wellness at your villa it is possible through our contacts. We have yoga spaces and equipment and private yoga teacher is also possible. Also we have an outdoor gym. If a surf interest then just going down to the beach – where there are also surf instructors. Many guests add some of this to their stay.

Transportation and parking:
The Villa has private parking right next to it. You can also arrive by taxi – as well as go by taxi when you want. Or try the very local truck bus. We can also help arrange transportation directly from airport.
