This property was conveniently located. Easy to find and access. The inside was clean, well equipped with everything you might need for your stay, with charming and inviting decor and furnishings. The chairs out back provided a nice place to enjoy the outdoors. The parking was easy in and out. The instructions provided, were clear and concise. Highly recommend this property!

This property is so charming and is perfectly located near downtown. The property itself was clean, very well maintained and the perfect decor for funky Eureka Springs! Also the host went above and beyond providing a basket of snacks, coffee and creamer. There is a small, nice area to sit outside in the evenings (4 Adirondacks) and enough parking for 2 cars or one car with a trailer. We even had wildlife show up the first morning! I would definitely stay here again!

This location is close to things to do, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with basics, the AC worked well and it was amazingly quiet considering its location. You won't be disappointed.

So cute! Clean, cozy & exactly as described. Owner was very quick when we txtd for recommendations. While driving around the area, we saw a few rentals that we were originally viewing online. They were nothing close to the descriptions & pretty run down. So happy we chose Sundown for our first girls trip!

This property checked all the boxes for a great stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Free on-site parking was a huge bonus, and it was only a five-minute walk to shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences.The host was extremely responsive and answered my text messages right away, which made the entire experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.10/10!

Excellent and clean property that has private parking and is walkable to downtown. Has an outdoor sitting area to enjoy and all the amenities travelers would need. I had no idea how close it was to a major street that got a tremendous amount of traffic. It was so loud we were unable to stay the second night. We also had alot of trouble trying to park the car in the driveway as its very small with no room to turn the car around forcing you to try to back it out the driveway directly into oncoming traffic. The place was clean and cute but it didnt work for us.

Check in was easy, the place is furnished nicely. The walk to downtown isn’t bad at all considering how hard it is to find parking. Eureka is a place I visit a few times a year, and would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for having us!

The cottage was in a great location! We loved walking downtown for dining and shopping. The cottage was clean, the furniture in the living room and beds were very comfortable. And the concierge service they offered was very helpful. I was celebrating my mother’s 75th birthday and they decorated and accommodated all my request. I highly recommend! Only things to note is when your staying downtown expect car/motorcycle noise at night. And the only way I found to lock the door was to keep the front door locked and go out the back door. Again I would recommend this cottage and look forward to visiting again.

Property is on Main St at the beginning of the Eureka Springs historic district. If you are a walker, or if you just want to be close to the historic district, this is where you want to stay. The cottage is clean, comfortable, well maintained and filled with the charm that is Eureka. Great living and kitchen area for relaxing, comfortable beds with nice fresh linens, great lighting in the bathroom and big fluffy towels. Nice little touches by the host- there were even new in package toothbrushes in case you forget yours. Fantastic private shaded area out back for relaxing. This host gets 10 stars for being quick to respond to messages!!!

Absolutely wonderfully decorated cottage; it was so homey and cute. Extremely clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay lovely. It was great to have a place close enough to downtown; we walked to dinner and shopping several times. Our only complaint was that the listing said there were two queen-sized beds, and the bed in the lower room was actually only a double bed. That may not be a deal breaker for a lot of people, but I would not have booked if I had known it was only a double. I hope they'll update their listing to correct the error. Also, mentioning that there are two steep steps up into the back bedroom would be nice as well, a person with mobility issues could really struggle with them. I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again due to the bed size, but I'm sure most people would be extremely happy with this property.
