Condo was clean and exactly as advertised. I purposely picked sixth floor hoping for a quiet condo, it definitely is that. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. Owner was very responsive to questions, check in super easy. One note, I assume for sanitary reasons, the ice maker tray was empty and ice maker turned off. Flipped lever down and it made plenty of ice for our group. Had a great time with family even with it being too cold for swimming this week.

Great stay

Overall our experience was great at Waterscape. The pools and location were perfect. The showers could have been cleaned better, but I would still recommend staying here.

This place is wonderful. The property is well-designed and built with children’s fun in mind. The unit was great. Clean, great set up, and the owners have given you everything to get started. Check-in was absolutely painless. I would undoubtedly stay again.

Great family vacation!

This was a very clean property that had close access to the parking garage. All communications with the property manager was quick and easy. Our family had a great time staying in this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fort Walton Beach - Fall Break

Great condo and overall facility. Kids loved playing at the pool area and restaurants were withing walking distance. Fubar was a great spot to watch football and baseball games.

The beach view is very limited. Kitchen had adequate supplies. Could use a small skillet and a pitcher to be added. Otherwise it had what we needed. The condo was very clean, the communication was excellent.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our spring break trip at this beautiful condo. Everything was as advertised, very clean, and had everything we needed for the week. The property is well maintained with plenty of activities for the kids and within walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The communication with the owners was quick and they were very helpful.

What a wonderful stay

It was unusually warm weather for a fall visit. We had a wonderful relaxing visit with no crowds at the facilities and the condo was on point as usual. There have been a few upgrades to the facilities which is nice. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Wonderful family trip

Great place to stay with kiddos. We have a 4 and 1 year old and this was prefect. Great condo, lots of space, beds and bathrooms. Super short walk to beach and pool which was a must for us. Beach service was nice to have. Beach was beautiful. Kids enjoyed the splash pad and hot tubs. Restaurants and grocery stores very close.
