For the longevity and proper functioning of our HVAC system, please do not set the thermostat below 74°F Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $30 USD per day, with a minimum booking of 7 days. The pool is professionally cleaned on a weekly basis. However, technical issues may occasionally arise. We are committed to resolving any problems as quickly as possible. We routinely conduct pest treatments every month. However, due to Florida's climate, local bugs may sometimes find their way inside. This is not a sign of infestation. As is common in this area, alligators may be present. Please do not leave children or pets unattended near the water.

Washer and Dryer available
Pool/Spa heating is available at a rate of USD 40 per day, with a three-day minimum. However, please be aware that due to exceptionally cold nights or possible technical difficulties, we cannot assure the availability of pool heating at all times.
