5 star resort experience at a farm
My wife and I had an amazing stay at this lovely "bunk house". We were very excited about the claw foot tub and being near horses, but we assumed the rest of the experience would be pretty basic. We were wrong, everything was way above our expectations!
The attention to detail that the hosts have put into this place is the most I have ever seen. Everything you may need has been provided, with more hidden away in cupboards just in case.
We got a lovely tour of the farm from the cutest, and sweetest little girls who told us about each horse and whether or not we were allowed to pet it, we also visited with their corgis who were also very sweet. At the end of our tour we were told that because it was the end of the season we could grab some rose petals for the tub, which made that experience even more magical. Don't let the bunk bed scare you they have a very nice mattress (at least on the lower bunk, didn't check the upper bunk). The place was nicely heated with two electrical fireplaces, one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom. They had candles lit for us and mood lighting already on when we got there ❤️. My only word of warning is that it is near the train tracks, so bring earplugs. We didn't have ear plugs and were woken up a couple times by the train honking, but fell right back asleep. In case you can't tell my wife and I would 100% stay there again.
