We had a brief but very enjoyable stay at Jerry’s place! The neighborhood was nice and we were within walking distance to several playgrounds which was perfect for our grandson.The property was cozy and clean and well appointed. The house was clean and organized, and was well stocked and comfortable for our family of three. It was convenient for us to travel to Philly and Camden and it was located in a cute town. The bed was advertised as a king but was only a queen size and full. The host reached out when the reservation was made as well as prior to checkin. I appreciated the outreach and could sympathize when I was told that they had prior visitors that did not obey house rules. I thought however that some of the communication I received was over the top. For example I received multiple notices about removing our shoes including one that stated to remove our “damn shoes”.

For the benefit of future guests, the beds are advertised as a queen and a queen/full—not a king. We encourage guests to review the listing’s sleeping-arrangement details and settings carefully before booking to ensure the accommodations meet their needs. We also provide very thorough check-in information to make arrival as seamless as possible. We understand that the amount of detail may feel excessive to some guests, but it has proven helpful to approximately 99% of our guests because it removes the thinking and guesswork from check-in, allowing them to focus on relaxing and enjoying their stay. Our instructions use fun images and cartoon characters to explain check-in procedures and the house rules. One playfully says, “Take your damn shoes off!” It is intended as a humorous reminder, and most guests laugh at it. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and thank you for staying with us!

Thoughtfully furnished and well appointed property. The en-suite bathroom and kitchen are tastefully updated. The host has thought of everything! Easy and plentiful off-street parking. Communication was quick and thorough. Great experience.

Jerry is amazing! Quick response, reached out early and was helpful with house rules and general information.Place is HUGE! There are lots of stairs if you are in the upstairs bedroom, be ready to climb. But, the spaces are large, the place is spotlessly clean.The location is right off 130, but is nice and quiet. Neighborhood is quiet and nice, no issues at all. Lots of parkings. Kitchen is well equipped if you are going to cook.It was really hot while staying there, and the AC was plenty to get the place comfortable. Appreciated the lack of things we had to do before leaving. Jerry is a great host.

Our stay was great! The house was clean and beautiful inside. Everything was very well explained and expectations were clearly laid out so there was no guessing. Communication with the owner was the best! No complaints!

This is a great place to stay. It was very clean and close to Philly. You do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get into your part of the house. Then one bedroom is on that level and another bedroom up another flight of stairs. There are lots of night lights around to help if you’re moving around in the dark. The light switches were also labeled. It worked great for our family and we even used the laundry mat in town. Jerry was quick to respond with any questions. The private parking spot was great too!
