Designer CityHome Terrace Level Garden unit with Hot Tub

Welcome to our brand new and design-savvy little modern city home right in the center of it all. You won't find a better location - located in Atlanta's best walking neighborhood. Everyone in Atlanta wants to be here and the house is positioned in the absolute best part of the neighborhood walking distance to the city's best restaurants, bars, boutiques, and much more. This is the garden-level unit of our modern duplex home and has it's own separate entrance and the yard area and its' amenities are not shared with the other unit and are for your exclusive use.

The space has been lovingly designed by its' architect/owner. It is small (~600sf) but big on design, features, and amenities including a brand new kitchenette, large flat screen TVs in both rooms The star of the show is definitely zen garden with romantic hot tub and wood-burning fire pit. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE WE HAVE LISTED THIS AS A 2-BEDROOM UNIT, ONE OF THE TWO QUEEN BEDS IS IN THE MAIN SPACE WITH THE LIVING AREA. Think of it as a studio apartment but with an extra separate bedroom.

We've had a lot of complaints from our neighbors in the past so quiet hours are required after10pm in deference to neighbors and other guests
Absolutely no parties or gatherings - even dinner parties and such. No outside guests at the property without prior approval. Again, past noise issues

The home and location are lovely. Communication was spotty. One night, the toilet wouldn’t stop running and another, the upstairs guests could basically be heard word for word through the floor. But we loved the hot tub and the ease of access to a wonderful neighborhood.

Great efficient place to stay when downtown Atlanta is the goal.

The place was clean and cozy and perfect for our family who was there for a volleyball tournament held in downtown Atlanta. The only minor issue was that the shower had an unusual drainage system that wanted to back up water easily. Otherwise, great price, great location and very clean/modern.

Beautiful Stay

Our stay was great. It was quiet and the jacuzzi was setting the mood! Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

Location is perfect. Took our 17 and 10 year old boys for fall break weekend trip. The condo was perfect for us, private bedroom for us and kids took bed and couch in living room. Back yard is private with covered patio, hot tub and fire pit. 100X better than a hotel room. Neighborhood is awesome, short walk to Belt line, Krog Street market, tons of food options, breakfast spots and site seeing. 20 Minute walk to King Memorial Marta Station, we took it for Thursday night Falcons game and Saturday night. Felt very safe on the walk even past midnight. It’s a good walk but no complaints from us, probably best family weekend we had in long time. Drove to Zoo, 10 minutes and super easy. I will definitely stay here again, Perfect for couple with 2 kids, you will not be disappointed if you choose this over a hotel.

Great neighborhood with central location

This rental was in a great neighborhood located 1 block from the beltline. This area has tones of great restaurants and is a 7 min walk from MLK’s childhood hood. No mater what we planned we under a 10 min drive from the rental. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I am ATL again I will definitely rent this place again.

Amazing property and location!

Such a great place with all the convenience of a full home from the hot tub, kitchen, grille, to the fire pit! The location is great for food, shopping, and walking! The Beltline is right down the street and access to other parts of Atlanta in just a short 1-1.5 mile walk! Will definitely stay again in the future!
