One assigned parking space per apartment. There is also visitor parking on a first come first serve basis.

Extenuating Circumstances & Special Cancellation Terms

In certain extenuating circumstances, the host may offer an exception to the standard cancellation policy. If such an exception is granted, the guest will be given a specific deadline to cancel.

If the guest does not cancel within the stated timeframe, the reservation will remain active and no cash refund will be issued. Instead, the reservation value will be held as a non-transferable credit toward a future stay, subject to availability and any rate differences. Credits must be used within 12 months and cannot be redeemed for cash.
