Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!

This place was perfect for us. It was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. The building manager (Christian) was super friendly and helpful, even helped my boys out with surf fishing. The pool and beach were perfect.

The condo was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook. The condo was clean and nicely updated. Having beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs was great!

The minute we walked in the apartment we knew this was the perfect place. Everything with a walkable distance. Pool very clean and climatized. The view was amazing, you can have breakfast with a spectacular sea view. Taylor was very attentive and helpful

Relaxing and on the beach

We had a wonderful stay! We walked on the beach morning and evening, found lots of shells, walked to Publix, Planet Fitness (on the one cool day) and found cute earings at the local artist shop across the street. The condo was very clean and had all the kitchen items we needed to cook our own meals, great view of the ocean, comfortable bed, quiet. The pool was very nice, lots of chairs to relax in. Watched Space X launch from the beach right in front of the condo!

Very nicely decorated!

We were pleased the second we opened the door to this rental and saw the furnishings and view. Everything we needed for a comfortable, pleasant stay was provided. The ocean view is beautiful. The furnishings are as shown in pictures. Check in was very easy. We recommend!

Great family location. Easy entry into condo. The owner used the last 4 digits of our phone number which was easy for all of us to remember. Place was very clean. Had both a bathroom with a tub and one with a walk in shower. Beds were comfortable. Great view,. Condo on 2nd floor which was convenient. Could walk to eating places as well as grocery store. Would rent again. Thanks for an enjoyable place.

Beautiful Unit, Great Location

The location of the property it perfect, short drive to Cocoa Beach, grocery store right across the street. The memory foam mattresses were so comfy!! The only improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the living room furniture. It was extremely uncomfortable.

Another wonderful stay

PBC is our go to for getaways in Brevard county and it never disappoints. We've stayed in 3 different units so far. This last visit - unit #223 has very comfortable beds, clean , plenty Of towels, a Washer and dryer in the unit, nicely decorated, master bedroom has access to the balcony which is great for privacy and not disturbing others. Kitchen is well stocked, balcony is roomy, ocean sound at any time during the day and night is perfect. We will be back.

I have a very mixed review. We booked this condo for 2 weeks. When I booked it through Vrbo, a note was on the description about maintenance work but it was to be wrapped up a good 2 weeks or more before our arrival. When we arrived scaffolding was set up directly in front of our ocean front balcony. Very disappointing considering what we paid for that view. There was jack hammering going on every day. Our 1 year old grandson couldn’t nap. We could not sit on the balcony due to the noise and debris falling. Very upsetting. I contacted Taylor. She was great trying to keep us informed of stays and eta on completion. But this work continued throughout our 2 week stay. Taylor did give us a partial refund which was much appreciated. But still disappointing. The condo itself was nice. Could have been a bit cleaner especially the floors. Feet and socks black within a few minutes. The pool area was fantastic. We would consider trying this building again. Without the construction fiasco we would have been satisfied.

Wonderful for fur babies! And SO close to ocean!!!!

This was the first vacay we have ever taken with our dogs and it was wonderful. The fenced in doggie areas were so convenient! Also we have never stayed anywhere so close to the actual water! Lounging by the pool was like being on the beach as well! We loved this place!!!!!!!

Very clean updated condo - had everything we needed. Plenty of room for us, our dog and our daughter and her husband. Nice pool and condo is directly on the beach. Nice 2nd floor view of both pool and beach. Located close to grocery store and restaurants.
