This condo was perfect. Very clean and the beds were probably the most comfortable out of any place we have stayed. We will be back!

The condo was so clean and had all kinds of little accommodations i didnt expect like coffee for the coffee maker and toys for the beach. The host was extremely accommodating as well, even allowing us to check-in a bit early since we got in early and were tired. Id 100% stay again!

A wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The view from the balcony was really nice and access to the beach was very easy. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. This is a place we would definitely book in the future.

Pros: Well stocked, great private beach access, spacious, clean. Quiet Monday through Thursday. Good view of space launch from the beach. Cons: ocean view is nice but not full view (southern facing). Outside owners control unit above is remodeling and noisy, building next door remodeling and noisy, week end renters partying till early morning, the balcony overlooks the unfinished pool. Be prepared for the Florida biting insects.

The balcony view was perfect & beautiful. We had a beach view also in both bedrooms. Great to wake up to the sunrise every morning. Everything was very clean. Host responded quickly and so nice. Place was the perfect size great space and location. We had local family and had room to play cards while enjoying the view. Loved direct access to beach. The Location between Melbourne and Coaco Beach is perfect. This is an ideal place to stay with family.

It was wonderful. The only thing that I had a negative about was I thought it was oceanfront it was side of the building oceanfront so that that’s all other than that. It was beautiful. I’ll give it five stars. Excellent excellent

We were pleased that the property was clean as presented and the description was fairly accurate. The unit was well stocked with supplies. They went as far as having beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs for our use. There was an abundance of paper products, coffee, and even included tampons! The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary cooking and cleaning items.Checking in and out was both easy and straight-forward.We enjoyed both the location and this particular unit and would think about returning in the future.

Staying here was absolutely amazing! The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, so comfortable that we booked an extra night on our last night. To top it off, the host was absolutely exceptional!! Great and fast communication, helpful, friendly, and quick to assist me with any questions. The condo had everything we needed. Towels, blankets, toilettes, dish soap, seasonings, and all the beach necessities. We really didn’t have to bring anything but clothes and food. 100% satisfied with my stay here, absolutely amazing.
