Kitchen & Dining: The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stunning granite countertops, high-end appliances, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and an under-counter ice maker. A large dining table and breakfast bar comfortably seat your entire group.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
First Floor Primary Suite: A gorgeous retreat with a king bed, seating area, and private access to the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom offers a spa-like experience with double vanities, a freestanding tub, and a large walk-in shower with a rain head.
First Floor Bunk Room: A fun space with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) and access to a half-bathroom.
Second Floor Living Area: An additional living space with a wet bar, a sleeper sofa, a large TV, and sliding glass doors opening to a covered balcony overlooking the pool and lake.
Second Floor Guest Rooms: Three king bedrooms await upstairs. One king room shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a second king room that also includes a twin bunk bed. The third king guest room enjoys a private en-suite bathroom and exclusive balcony access.
Outdoor Oasis: Your private backyard paradise features a sparkling pool and hot tub overlooking the serene lake. The space is complete with a full outdoor bathroom, a gas grill, dining and lounge seating, and a large TV for the ultimate outdoor living experience.

Guest Access

As our guest, you will have exclusive access to the entire home and all its private amenities, including the private pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and garage. You are also welcome to enjoy the impressive amenities of the Destiny East community, which include:

Extras

Pool & Hot Tub Heating: The pool and hot tub can be heated together for an additional fee of $65 per night for your entire stay. Please inquire if you would like to add this option.
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of basic essentials like paper towels, bath tissue to get you settled. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
Optional Services: We have partnered with local services to offer pre-arrival grocery delivery and setup to ensure your kitchen is stocked upon arrival. Please let us know if you are interested.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. Cancellations made prior to 60 days before check-in may be subject to a processing fee.
