Fantastic Graduation Weekend!

Ten of us (family and friends) stayed in this beautiful, big, home for the week of our daughter's graduation from Rhodes College. It was a perfect location, very close to the college and centrally located to where we could find all the stores we needed. The house was comfortable enough to cook meals, hang out, pack her up to come home, and everyone had a space. The water stayed hot for everyone to get through showers, and the HUGE master closet allowed us to store packed bags before we headed home. The last night we were there, we sat on the porch and watched an incredible thunder and lightning storm from the comfortable chairs. The host was quick to respond when we had a question, and we couldn't have found a better place to house 3 generations of our family and our daughter's godparents.

Excellent time for a family stay!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect for our needs. The house was a great size and in a good neighborhood. The decor really got us in the mood to explore all Memphis had to offer! It was clean, well kept, and the check in and check out processes were super easy. Would 10/10 stay again.

Mud Town Memphis

Great location. Close to town; close to the square and interstates. The neighborhood is being revitalized so some houses are in great need of repair; but are occupied. Seemed to be a safe neighborhood; no roaming around. We enjoyed our stay.

My name is Morgan Pettigrew and I am a lifelong Memphian. My day job is practicing as an attorney for my general civil litigation firm. The Pettigrew Firm has a strong practice in real estate law. That experience coupled with my third-generation knowledge of real estate development and design makes me passionate about providing upscale and functional properties conveniently located to the heart of the city that I love.

I am a lover of local, fine art and am always looking for a fun piece to showcase in my properties. I am a dog mom of two and adore the many pet friendly places in Memphis that allow my “kids” to accompany me. When I’m not in court, or making plans for my next investment property, I enjoy traveling the world to pick up creative inspiration to bring back to my hometown. Because of my love for travel, I put my heart and soul into making certain that visitors have the best experience, not only in my properties, but also in my beloved Memphis, TN.

Memphis is Uber and Lyft friendly. We are centrally located close to the best food, nightlife, and music in town. Some of our top dining recommendations include Central BBQ, Soul Fish Café, Aldo’s Pizza Pies, Hog & Hominy, The Beauty Shop, Ecco on Overton Square, Las Delicias, and many more (just ask if you need more ideas or are craving something specific) Some of the best spots for sweet treats include 17 Berkshire, Muddy’s Cupcakes, The Cheesecake Corner, and Jerry’s Sno Cones (be sure to get your sno cone “Supreme”). For nightlife and good libations, our favorite places downtown include Silky O’Sullivans, Raifords Disco (a must go once in your life place), Ernestine and Hazel’s, and The Blind Bear.
