Great area of shops and restaurants as well as excellent access to the light rail. Condo was quiet, convenient with a nice layout. Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. We had a fantastic stay in Olde Town Arvada and enjoyed the vibrant and lively atmosphere.

The place was cute. Pictures represent space well. Very walkable to restaurants and bars. Garage is a bit of a pain to get in and out of, as you have to get out of you car use the fob to enter a door then go into garage open garage door then go back to you car to drive in.

This place was spotless with super comfortable beds! Perfect location for our stay with plenty of coffee or ice cream shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Highly recommend! Also recommend watching the provided video for check-in information.

This was our first experience with Vrbo, and maybe we just got lucky, but the condo was very clean, located exactly as described in a central area of the town, and was equipped with everything you could need. We had a great stay.

Check-in was easy, secure parking if you're driving. Beds were super comfortable. Wonderful walking area with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Loved the ice cream shop right downstairs and Breadwinners restaurant for breakfast. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to Denver.

This was a wonderful location! Neighborhood was very walkable with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We were visiting for a concert at Red Rocks. Condo was very clean and quiet! Would definitely stay again!

Cozy Downtown Arvada

My daughters and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway and it was so cozy, comfortable, safe and the furnishings were 100%.

The property itself was great. Clean and nicely laid out. Great location, however, you could hear the train going by often. It didn't bother us, as it was new to us.Getting into the property, however, was a different story. You have to go through a gate--we were initially given the wrong gate code. After trying for 10 mins, we called the number and were given the correct gate code. Once you get into the gate, you have to find the correct lockbox out of 8. It would be A LOT easier if the lockbox owners marked their boxes with a Unique identifier--perhaps something as simple as a Letter or Number, however, they decided to use a "white tape". There were a couple of lockboxes that had a tape. After 50 mins, several videos back and forth, we finally were told we were trying the wrong lockbox. It was quite frustrating and not a great way to start a vacation. Just a warning to others! Once you get inside, everything is smooth sailing. Be sure to bring your own detergent for laundry if you plan to use--our stay had a container but no pods (perhaps an oversight).

Wonderful!

We stayed at this property in Old Town when visiting family in Arvada. The location was perfect! Once we understood how to get in and out using the fob and where to park we were ready to enjoy the area! The host was very responsive to our questions and we look forward to staying here again!

Location was awesome, near everything we wanted to do. Unit was lovely, nicely equipped for all our needs. One suggestion for more convenience is providing a garage remote to come and go for parking more easily. Otherwise it was a fabulous experience.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay

Location!

We loved this property in a darling area. Very clean and well kept property. Check in with us to make sure everything was great. Artisanal ice cream next door as well as great restaurants and cute shops. Across the street from the light rail too!

Denver trip

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !!!! This condo has it all. We went to a concert at Red Rocks, visited Georgetown, Golden, Boulder, and saw a Rockies Game ! Short distance to all! Beds/ pillows were super comfy and unit was spacious for 2 couples. Would absolutely stay here again!
