Fitness enthusiasts will love this house. Check out the professional gym with a treadmill, air bike, dumbbells 5-50 pounds, squat rack, hi/low cables and all sorts of balls, bands, mats, rollers... You have a second fitness studio upstairs with a Peloton, dumbells 5-25#, and yoga mats. We offer 5 bikes to use, 2 of which are e-bikes, 2 regular bikes, and one is a Santa Cruz mountain bike. People come from all over to use the hiking and mountain biking trails you have in your backyard!

We split our time between SoCal, Costa Rica and extensive traveling. We are very active, empty-nesters. We chose this house due to it's beautiful design, location (trails out the back door, 2 minutes from pickleball, 2 miles to beautiful downtown Laguna Beach.
