This quaint Cape Cod style beach house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, chefs kitchen, beautiful backyard with salt water pool/spa (heating for an additional fee), outdoor dining area that seats 8, outdoor shower, master suite with private sun deck and expansive ocean views where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail and watch the dolphins and whales. Sleep with your windows open and hear the crashing waves at nights. Bright and airy rooms with ultra comfy beds and super soft sheets. Lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool, and outdoor sofa and chairs on the front deck.

Chefs kitchen features six-burner gas stove, double ovens, microwave drawer, sub-zero fridge. Stocked with lots of pots, pans, utensils, tableware, etc. Weber BBQ in the backyard for grilling.


Indoor amenities include large flat screen TV’s in every room with streaming cable service. Sonos speakers throughout the house. WiFi service is excellent and there are two workspaces (one in the living room and one in Bedroom 2) with adjustable desks, comfortable desk chairs and a printer/copier/scanner.

Safe neighborhood on a quiet private street within a couple minute walk to either Tablerock or West Street beach stairs. Just a short stroll to several restaurants, bars and a convenience store. On the ocean side of PCH.

There is a small studio/granny unit above the garage that accommodates up to two guests that may be rented out during your stay. It has a separate entrance and the guests do not have access to the main house or the backyard and are required to park on the street.
