This house was perfect for our stay in Destin. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The golf cart was a huge hit. Great way to get back and forth to the beach which by the way was 5 min away. The kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of towels. Safe gated commuinity. The WiFi did go off and on occasionally but not a big issue. Being located in the middle of the island we were close to everything. Everything worked beautifully. We would certainly return.

Stunning House

The stay was beautiful and amazing. Fantastic location. Golf cart was also unbelievable. Don’t lose the bracelets though or you’ll be paying 100 for each one you lose.

And yes, we totally agree, the $100 charge for lost wristbands is definitely steep. Unfortunately, that’s the policy set by the HOA. They charge us that amount for the original set and only allow a limited number of replacements each year, so we’re required to follow their rules. Can't beat the location! You don't have to get in the traffic once you unpack. Lots to do nearby and great amenities in the neighborhood. Would go back!

Beautiful, spacious home

There were four adults and we all had a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The living room was spacious and lovely and comfortable. The guys loved the golf cart and used it to play golf at Regatta Bay almost every day we were there. The location is wonderful and quiet and safe.

Girls trip (ages 35-45)We enjoyed Destin areaBeach was amazing Golf cart was a perk for a lot of things are not walkable Very quiet neighborhood and HOA guidelines helps with cleanliness. House was nice They responded to all my texts in timely manner! Very basic Amenities included (we brought our own laundry pods, dish soap, trash bags , and extra paper). Did have multiple hair dryersRecommend to bring own beach towel and backpack cooler If you want to go out without taking a Lyft, not a great location. Downtown Destin had more venues with music etc.

Under both couches was a streamer and other couch pieces of wrapping paper. Also the sliding glass door should have a latch at top. My 2 year old grandson kept opening door. Would have been nice to have that latch at top so he couldn't reach.
