We really enjoyed our stay—great location and the home is beautifully maintained! Just a heads-up for larger groups: you may want to bring extra bath and beach towels, as well as additional pillows. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful and made for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Great location with plenty of room!

Great spot for a group of girls on spring break! Clean, spacious, and only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The listing makes it clear, but there are small everyday items you'll need to remember to pack/include - trash bags, coffee filters, extra detergent, etc. Easy check in and out process!

Perfect Trip!

We planned a girls trip right after school let out. The property was very nice. The closeness to the beach was wonderful— we could easily walk back and forth for lunch. After a day at the beach we enjoyed lounging in and around the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had plenty of hot water when everyone needed showers. Overall it was a great place that we would definitely revisit.

Overall a great place to stay in Destin area!

Located in a wonderful location and walking distance to the beach. Very nice and overall very clean. A few concerns were raised but nothing that made us not want to stay there again. Pre-arrival communication was great and helpful. Only suggestion is to increase communication about what is there and how to navigate the beach. This house did not come with chairs set up at the beach and that would have been helpful to know who to reach out to for advance booking. Overall a great place to stay!

Beach Pointe condos #1!!

Everything was good from start to finish.. just one of the Rokus weren’t working but no biggie. 500ft from the beach across the street. Can’t beat it! Price was reasonable as well. Lots of household amenities and community pool was close! Kids enjoyed it so did wife and Mom! Will DEFINITELY rent out again SOON!

The ad is misleading. I was under the impression that the beach was 100 feet away from the door. Very disappointing that we had such a long walk to beach access. Should really be more specific.

Exceptional Property!

My family stayed at Seas the Day for our Fall break and were so very impressed with this property! It has obviously just been completely renovated and looks like brand new construction from floor to ceiling. It is well furnished, beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Three floors allowed us to have some privacy while still getting great family time all together. We had absolutely everything that we needed in the kitchen, again, all brand new. The unit is just a short walk to the beach with good access and not too crowded beach. There were plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, some within walking distance. The property manager was easy to work with and very responsive. No problems accessing the property. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone seeking a getaway to the emerald coast!

Beautiful townhouse, great location

We stayed here with 5 teens. The place was just as it looked online. It was very clean. We had never been to Destin so weren’t sure about how close it would be to the beach. It was perfect! It’s a short walk, less than 5 minutes, from the unit, across the street to the beach where you have an access code to get onto the beach. There are pedestrian crossings so it’s very safe to cross the street. People drive slowly and everyone stops for people in crosswalks. The beach is private which is nice because the public part was much busier. Walking saved so much time because parking in the lot, even if you took a golf cart, was very hectic. We had an issue with maintenance when we first arrived that was quickly taken care of.The check in and out process was easy.Only one thing I would say wasn’t the best was the first floor bedroom has it’s own patio and some of the nice cushioned chairs were broken there so we couldn’t use those. There were others to use instead so it wasn’t like we had nothing. That’s about it though.Overall, highly recommend. I would stay here again!

Great Location!

Absolutely beautiful home in a great location right across the street from the beach! It was a short walk to cross scenic hwy 98 and reach the private beach gate. We loved the portion of private beach! It was not overly crowded. The home had plenty of space for our large party of 9. We each had our own space. Pool was close too! Will definitely be booking this place next year!

Seas the Day

Rental property was clean and very up to date, perfect location to walk across to the beach. Not far from restaurants and gift shops! Only down side was having to go buy extras for toiletries. For the size of the house and the length of the stay we had to buy extra stuff. No spices either for cooking. Other than that the property was beautiful and would definitely stay again!

Our stay was was wonderful everything was clean and the home was beautiful. The pool was a little small for Everyone who stayed in these units. But overall a great place. We did have some trouble with our A/C I called the owner and it was fixed within a few hours. Loved that they we’re on top of things.

The property was very clean, had nice furniture and was very comfortable. The advertisement was very accurate. The beach was very close and so was the community pool. Everything we needed was available like utensils, dish ware and washer and dryer.
