studio condo located on the 18th top floor .The view from the east-facing balcony overlooking the large infinity pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
The condo itself is tidy and clean with new fresh paint and new cooking items for preparing meals .. new smart tv and bed .The complex requires wristbands for access, which adds a bit of security and convenience, and parking is available with a $100 parking tag fee with the bands . Enjoy easy access to everything .

Room very clean, noticeable recent upgrades including new furniture and new paint. Dishwasher, stacked washer/dryer, coffee pot, lots of dishes and utensils, just about anything you need to cook or eat with. Perfect for a cozy getaway. Views from the balcony are stunning!Please note: there is ongoing construction and if you have sensitive ears, please bring noise canceling headphones. Room is very insulated and when doors are closed, you can't hear the construction.Other than the construction, i highly recommend this room. 10 stars!!!

Clean room, stack washer dryer, full kitchen with plenty of cookware. Hard to beat the price. Parking near elevator, as soon as you see 9th level marking, look left center. Full balcony with chairs and ocean view. Overall, not disappointing !!! We would definitely stay again. Resort like feel! Has restaurant, tiki bar and coffee shop. Easy beach access!

Perfect Getaway

This studio was absolutely perfect for 2! We even extended for 2 extra days. We cooked daily and the kitchen and utensils were just fine. This home provided everything that any other beach condo does.

Amazing trip!

The reviews had me NERVOUS! But this place was fabulous! The condo is dated so if you’re looking for something fancy, this isn’t for you.. but for those of you who just want a decent place to stay, this is perfect! We cooked daily and had no problems with the cookware or stove. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. 1 roll of TP & paper towels so be prepared if you need more. We had a great week and it was perfectly located. Pool was amazing. Everything was amazing! 10/10 will come back if we ever come back to PCB.

Do not recommend

There’s quite a few reasons I would not recommend staying at this condo. First and foremost, the elevator situation in the building alone makes it worth never going back. You will wait for up to 30 minutes to get an elevator up, longer if you have a cart coming back from the beach or checking in. Do not take this lightly. It is a mess. The pools in this building are dirty. I’m talking not only hair but just all types of random trash floating around. Enter at your own risk. In this unit alone I will list all of the issues we had. Mold on the walls behind the bed Kitchen utensils all look gross, we couldn’t even cook in it There was coffee in the coffee pot when we arrived The bed sounds like it is gonna break every time you get on it The pull out couch bed literally falls to the floor when pulled out. It is not sleep able. There was used “products” left in our bathroom. The shower does not drain so shower quick or else the bath fills up quick. The tv didn’t work the first three days. I will say, the owners did help us get it working it only took three days for a response. The apartment smelled strongly of bleach upon our arrival. We had to open the doors and leave for a couple hours to stomach being in there. This was odd as everything was not squeaky clean. The towels all smelled like cigarettes when we arrived. We had to wash them all and still felt weird using them after. I really hope it’s better for the next people who stay here.

Perfect accommodations for a few days at the beach

The property was as advertised and we had a wonderful stay. Resort management was friendly and thorough when cleaning up from the day before. Tiki food was amazing and we look forward to visiting again.

You get what you pay for!!

It’s was ok stay for the price. The nice thing was the host has a parking spot you can park in. Did not like that it was 3 days before stay that host sent all info to me and found out that day had pay $75 more dollars for parking pass and bands. I hate parking garages also but would stay here again for price.

The check in process was confusing and the room was nasty! The ceiling fan was black, the wall behind the bed looked like it had mold growing on it and the stove was very dirty!!!

Dirty & Broken

The resort, Shores of Panama, was excellent. The condo room itself was bad. It was dirty and MANY things broken. We took food to cook and I wouldn’t even use the cooking ware after I re-washed it. There were stains on the couch, broken table legs, and towel rack off the bathroom wall, as well as broken items in the kitchen.

Couldn’t Shower, Great Pool

The messages sent about checkin and the button that shows more details on the listing had conflicting information so we had some unexpected extra costs and check-in procedures. The room was very dated, the bathroom towel rod was broken off the wall, the couch bed had a random blanket crumbled in it. The bathtub wouldn’t drain during showers, took about 15min once a person finished for it to drain. Cabinets hung from their hinges. There was a basic clean down before our arrival, it had been mopped and the main bed linens replaced. It was just very dated. The keypad number also didn’t change from the previous guest, not sure how often it is changed but that was a little bit of a safety concern. In case the checkin rules attached aren’t updated. This room comes with one parking spot and you have to pay $75 for wristbands and a parking pass. For $75 you get up to 4 wristbands but you can’t purchase less than 4, it’s a package deal. Wristbands not required for kids under 9. The wristband gets you in the parking garage and back into the pool area from the beach. I’ll admit the host did respond to messages, although blocked my phone call, she prefers texting. She offered to refund the room but we were only there one night and had already paid the $75 so it was too late for us to back out. ( & we hadn’t seen the room yet). Pool is a great size but know it is not heated in case it’s cool when you go! Oh and the elevators are very slow, it’s 18 floors up and we often chose the stairs.
