Écran plat montĂ© dans le mur de la chambre. Le salon dispose d'un canapĂ©-lit queen avec un siĂšge d'amour qui fournit un dormeur en taille rĂ©elle. DĂ©tendez-vous et profitez de la vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an pendant que vous regardez le 50 "TV Ă  Ă©cran plat montĂ© dans le mur! The air conditioning was broken. The first night it would not work at all, then every day on our vacation it would freeze and we would have to turn it off and let it thaw. Maintenance came the first night, then the owner did not follow up the rest of the trip. Additionally, the condo is very clean only on the surface. We bought cleaning wipes and the remote for the tv was wiped and it was brown. We were only provided with one roll of toilet paper for a week long stay. No cleaning supplies were available. The staff member that worked the gate to the condos was incredibly rude and condescending as well. The view was spectacular however and it is very close to a ton of restaurants. In walking distance to pineapple Willy’s next door.

We have rented many times in PCB and this by far is one of our favorites! The location was perfect, easy access to everything! The condo itself was so clean and exactly as pictured, very updated! We LOVED IT!

Great condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo met our expectations. It’s a great location close to restaurants and shopping. Can’t speak for all units but 310E has great views of the beach and breathtaking sunsets. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen appliances. We did have a minor plumbing problem but Robyne was on it immediately and got it resolved. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks for a great week.

Excellent unit at the Sunbird

We've stayed several times at this property and this is a great unit with nice updates. Loved the headboard and wardrobes in the master - plenty of room for all our clothes and toiletries. Bed and linens were comfortable and the extra blankets for the living room couches were great. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and everything was in good working order. A/C works great and there are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Unit was very clean upon arrival and while on the smaller side it's perfect for a couple or a family with younger kids. Despite fall break and noise outside it's very quiet inside the Sunbird units and we sleep very well here. No long waits for elevators and ample secure parking. Pool area is nice with sun and shaded areas all day. Robyne was very communicative and we had no problems checking in or getting situated. We stayed during the nearby impacts of Hurricane Helene and even though it was just a blustery rainstorm in PCB Robyne checked on us the day before to make sure we were informed and safe. Thanks for a great stay!

What a view!

The property is just as it is pictured on VRBO., It has everything anyone could need or want. (except a hair dryer but that is on me for not reading better) :) It is perfectly located right on the beach, with nothing between it and the ocean but sand. Easy access to the main pool, a super fast elevator, and free beach chairs daily. You just go pick an empty one, they come by and you tell them your unit number, and thats it. We were close enough to walk to a very large gift shop, Pineapple Willys is right next door, and Waffle House is about 2 blocks away. We also felt very safe as there are gate codes for the complex on all sides. We will definately be booking this unit again next year. We wanted to just sit on the beach all day, and this made it possible, no huge crowd, no noise, just waves and relaxation! Thanks so much. :)

Great family spot

I took my 7 year old son on his first vacation and it was perfect! Great condo for the 2 of us. Very homey, which was good for down time. Family friendly resort, nice pools, fast elevators and nothing beats the powder white sand with clear water! Easy check in and out process. You can walk next door to pineapple willy's, which was great because their parking is always full. He's already asked to come back when he's old enough to bring a friend.

Nice Ocean View

This condo is nicely decorated and has a great view of the ocean. It overlooks the pool but the balcony also faces the sunset and it can get pretty hot on sunny days. Fortunately there was cooler weather most of the time we were there so not a big problem for us. The biggest issue was the unclean toilet when we arrived that sent us shopping for cleaning products before we could settle in.

Excellent experience

The location of the property was perfect. It is right on the beach. You can hear the waves and see the ocean all day. The sunsets are magnificent. The condo has all the amenities we needed and then some. The owner responded promptly to all communication. We enjoyed every day of our month long vacation. We hope to return next year. We highly recommend this property.
