Other things to note:
The policy of Sunbird Resorts does not allow for rental to parties under the age of 25, at least one member of your party must be 25 and stay in the unit for the duration of the booking.
Our unit is located on the 6th floor of a 12-story building, offering great views and quick elevator access. .
Enjoy on-site laundry facilities with an app notification system, so you can easily manage your laundry and maximize your vacation time

Please note: Our condo operates as a self-catering vacation rental rather than a full-service hotel. To help you settle in, we proudly provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, and soap), alongside a selection of snacks and coffee to get your vacation started right! Because we do not provide daily maid or restocking services, guests are responsible for purchasing their own additional supplies and refreshing linens for longer stays.
