Off street parking is provided for you with a private driveway for your vehicles so forget the hassle of paying for parking every night of your stay! You go up one road and you can be in the French Quarter on Bourbon with all the culture and fun it has to offer,another you can be in lakeview and enjoy the scenery of the lake front, and another you can be in the by bywater area with local bars with friendly environments. The house is less than 5 min from New Orleans city park and minutes to bourbon st all while in a comfortable,quiet and friendly neighborhood. Great space

We enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, spacious, and welcoming. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were kind. Beds were small, but super cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was a great place to stay. The house was clean and had the things we needed. The master suite is so nice with a privacy door off the hallway. This property is just a short drive away from every place we wanted to go. But the topping on the cake was the host who responded to all my messages quickly and also allowed us a later check out because our plane was leaving in the evening.

Great house

Very clean house. They stay was nice. It was a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were all friendly. I left a 3 star on listing because it says it has a hot tub and it’s just a jacuzzi tub. But it is a very nice house

Nice place for our girl’s weekend

Overall I would recommend. We had a few issues and the communication could have been better about check in, check out and the road being completely torn up in front of the house. But the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the location was good and easy to get to all the attractions.

Great girls getaway to NOLA

5 of us went down for a few days to enjoy the city - the location of the house was great and we felt very safe. There is roadwork directly in front of the house, so we did have to walk down to the corner to grab our Lyfts, but we walked for hours every day taking in the sights, so that was no problem for us. Would definitely stay again, beds were sooo comfortable! Eldridge also allowed us to check in 4-5 hours early - we were grateful to be able to drop our luggage and get the trip started ASAP 😊

Very nice

The house was nicely decorated and clean.All the bathrooms and bedrooms was stocked .The dining table turns into a ping pong table.Everywhere we went wasn’t far.The neighbors was very nice.One neighbor even offered to take our picture for us as we was leaving to head to brunch.

Great for our trip!

We were lucky enough to book this property during our visit to New Orleans for the Taylor Swift concert. It was a short drive to all the places we had to hit to experience New Orleans. The games and activities provided in the house were the cherry on top to a city full of entertainment. The construction on the sidewalks and roads surrounding the house sometimes made it difficult to navigate the neighborhood, but it did not negatively impact our love for this city and this house. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with. Our trip was perfect!

Great location w/ a few kinks

I loved the property overall, was all what was pictured. A few rooms had a few critical issues that caused a major inconvenience once we were out in the city. 2 of the rooms plugs did not work at all, nor did the lamps. I hung a towel on a rack that collapsed on my foot, which I discovered was being held by tumb tacks. I think we paid for the convenience of the location. The property was still overall nice.
