Cabine au bord du lac. Tous les nouveaux appareils, meubles, vaisselle, etc. Ce magnifique chalet est idéalement situé sur l'eau ou par terre. C'est au 13mm à Chimney Cove juste en face du canal principal de The Lodge of Four Seasons. À seulement 10 minutes en voiture d'Osage Beach, où vous trouverez une cuisine raffinée et décontractée, toutes sortes de boutiques, y compris le centre commercial Osage Beach Outlet, le miniture golf, des voiturettes et bien plus encore.

Cette cabine a tellement à offrir, y compris 2 chambres, une avec un lit queen l'autre avec un lit double et des lits superposés. Le salon offre un canapé-lit queen size, une télévision à écran plat avec DVD et câble. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, casseroles et poêles, ustensiles, cafetière, grille-pain, etc. Barbecue à gaz fourni. Tous les draps et les serviettes sont fournis.

Profitez des soirées romantiques, des dîners en regardant le coucher du soleil sur la belle terrasse qui s'étend sur le côté du lac du chalet. Rôtissez vos guimauves pour des smores dans le foyer avec du bois de chauffage assaisonné fourni pour votre usage.

Il y a une rampe de mise à l'eau sur la propriété pour un lancement de bateau facile et pratique et un grand parking pour votre remorque. Le quai du bateau a une terrasse avec échelle pour profiter du soleil et se rafraîchir avec une baignade.

Point Oasis Gas Dock est juste en face de la crique et propose des locations de waverunner et de ponton ainsi que du gaz et de la glace.

Small but decent property

What you see is what you get. Good location and property. It could have been a bit cleaner. Small shower and bathroom but this is what you get with these remodeled fishing cabins. The deck and dock were great.

Memorial Weekend 2023

We enjoyed our stay and will remember this place to stay again. Location was fabulous and accommodations were great! Even without a boat, we had a wonderful and peaceful 4-day weekend. Neighbors were very friendly. Owners very responsive and helpful!

Great Getaway!

My children (16 and 11) and friend stayed at the Gravois cabin for a week after Independence Day and couldn't have expected how perfect this little cabin is! The location is close to entertainment and necessities and has everything you need for a short or long stay as home away from home. We enjoyed boating, swimming, grilling, camp fires, the views and local activities. Thank you, we look forward to coming back again!

Couldn't Ask For More!

My husband and our three young children rented this fantastic cabin for a four night family vacation. We had the best time and could not have asked for more gracious hosts than Bill and Tammy. They treated us like family and even let the kids use the slide on their dock and their Lily Pad for entertainment. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and that our stay was comfortable. The accommodations were perfect for our family of five. The kids were begging to stay longer and have already asked to come back to the same place next year! We will definitely be back for another family trip!

We LOVED our week at the Lake!

Our family of 5 stayed at the Cottage 5/15 thru 5/21 and loved our stay there! The cottage was cute and just the right size for my husband, myself and three boys. You did such a great job of updating the cottage and the deck with its view overlooking the lake was beautiful. The use of your dock for our boat was also fantastic. You were such welcoming hosts and we would definitely come back again next year. For those of you who aren't sure where to stay on such a vast lake, this is the PERFECT place both by boat and by car. Only minutes by boat to many of our favorite fun eating/entertainment places and also just minutes to the toll bridge to the hottest spots by car. Thank you for your hospitality and for sharing your cottage with us! The Schmidt family.

End of summer family get away

Our family of five (3 kids) had a great stay! Very fun swimming off dock and boat ramp. Location to marina for boat and jet ski rental was great. It was only 3 minutes away by boat and 8 minutes away by car. Use of boat slip at property was wonderful! Larger sitting area outdoors on deck was nice for our meals. Large table seated 8 plus another high table available on deck could seat 3. Five plastic chairs also available around fire pit. Tons of wildlife to see and fishing off dock was fun. Indoor sitting for meals was tight, only four chairs for table area. We ate every meal outside except breakfast on a morning it rained. Paddle boat was disappointing…rudder didn’t work. Lilypad float pictured on dock in listing was not available for use but marina offers them free with boat rental. I gave a lower rating on cleanliness because of dust and cobwebs on all light fixtures/ceiling fans, bathroom ledge at eye level, kitchen ceiling and curtain top and dusty baseboards. Floors under beds also dusty and main table and chairs were dusty and had cobwebs. Inside could use some cosmetic upgrades & a few larger bowls for meal prep. New ceiling tiles are needed in one corner of the living room that were sagging and looked wet. Grill was disappointing. Only used it once. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the kids had a great time! Host was promt to answer questions and check in was a breeze. Thank you!

Great Family Vacation on the Lake

Our family of four had a great stay for 4 nights. The owners responded to questions very quickly and were helpful with recommendations. The house is not very big, but the deck, patio and dock were great spaces to hang out. There was a beautiful sunset to enjoy each night. We rented a tritoon from Pointe Oasis (highly recommend them) for 2 days and the tritoon fit in the boat slip no problem. If you are looking for a getaway to the Ozarks and have a place right on the water in a quiet Cove, this is the place for you.

This cabin was nice but small that is for sure. The only thing that was really bothersome were the huge black ants. I just attributed that to the location of the cabin. I would definitely rent this cabin again for the great location and beautiful view of the lake and wildlife.

Cozy Cabin

This was a great cabin! It is a cabin on the lake, with amazing views. Thankful for the nice patio furniture, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, nice leather couch, comfortable queen bed, cable for the rainy days. Just a few extra touches would make it a 5 star for sure. Add small bedside tables, everyone needs a table. Have a few more hooks exterior and interior to hang up the wet beach towels and clothes. Please, add non slip tape to the cute living room floor rug. Quiet spot on the lake with quiet neighbors, close to a convenience store. Quick response from the owners. Would book again!!

Stay with 7 friends

Overall the experience was fair. We had four people there for one night and seven people there for two nights. The first night there was plenty of room but the second night it was pretty packed. Three to one room, two to another, and two on the pull out. The lilypad is no longer an option and was not provided to us. Utensils such as wine opener, pizza cutter, a sponge to clean dishes with would have been beneficial. Distance is very nice from attractions right in the middle of everything. No boat in boat dock so we were able to rent and keep it there over night which was very nice. The deck was nice to watch the sunset off of. Communication with host was not the best, we often times did not get a reply, but really did not need them throughout the stay, no washer or dryer was a little tricky, but we just hung out things to dry, sun was on house almost all day. Overall, I would rate this stay an 8/10.

It’s all about the view!!

I rated everything 5-star because the view and the deck and the dock were 20-star. This is a small cabin with a tiny bathroom and not great beds, but such a lovely location and outside set-up with attentive and kind owners next door. We didn’t leave for 4 days and didn’t need a thing. Recommend.

We were disappointed with this rental. Before we booked, we inquired about the lilypad and paddleboat for the lake, to make sure both were in working order. We were assured yes. We also inquired about the queen bed, which was mentioned negatively in reviews. The owners assured us both lilypad and boat working, not sure about the bed...what? Lilypad and boat broken. When I reached out to the owners, who I believe were perched comfortably right next door in the big beautiful lake house with all the amenities one could dream of, about the broken things, they did nothing to make the situation right. No remorse for their lies. The queen bed was HORRIBLE. I am a great sleeper almost anywhere, not a princess. Hard, squeaky, horrible. The screen door was ripped out at the bottom so our place was filled with bugs, the shower didn't drain, disgusting, the kitchen was not updated as they touted in the listing, not user friendly. I could have gotten past most of this, we still had a nice time, but it was the complacency of their responses and lack of effort to try to make things right and have a nice place for renters that really irritated me. People work hard to save money for vacation rentals. We aren't the people with enough money to own our own places. If you say you have things, have them or say you don't. I can't stand an adult who lies. Displeased for sure!

Girls weekend

We stayed 2 nights for my daughter's 16th birthday with some of her friends. It was a ton of fun! We all had a great time. The neighbors are super friendly and it is a great location! Lots of swimming, paddle boating and a bon fire. The only thing (and NOT a big deal with our crowd) is that if we had all 8 people that were supposed to go, sleeping would have been a little tight. It slept 6 perfectly and it would sleep couples wonderfully if you had 8. I would definitely go back!

Perfect cabin on the lake

Our family of 4 had a great first trip to the Lake of the Ozarks staying on Sunrise Beach. The cabin was clean, quiet and comfortable. The kids loved fishing and diving off the dock and we spent evenings around the fire with a wonderful view of the lake. The cove was perfect for tubing and fishing in the boat we rented as well. Wonderful cabin for being on the lake. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay Tammy!
