- The property has 6 rooms with beds for flexible sleeping options as the house is served by a private well and 4 bedroom septic system.
- Lake Norman is a man-made lake with varying water levels. The dock has a jet ski lift on one side and lift in the middle slip - please contact us if you intend to bring or rent your boat to ensure the boat will work.
