Being locals to the OC area really gives us the edge in understanding what a guest will want during their stay, what they will look forward to the most, and most importantly tips on what REAL adventure awaits in the area that you just will not find through a google search!

Our property was put together with comfort in mind. Really, the mindset of "home away from home" comes into play. The highest quality mattresses, pillows, linen, and overall availability of household items is what separates us from the rest. Down to the small details of placement of utensils, plates, and cups in the cupboards, we attempted to think through where someone would find these items in their own home. Granular detail to every guests' stay is the difference between a short term rental and a home away from home.
