It was great to be able to have all the family in the same place and because of all the bedrooms have still have privacy. The beach access is wonderful and so close. All our questions were answered quickly and concerns addressed in a timely manner.

Great location. My other guests complimented on the comfort of the house and the beds. The only suggestions I would add are to have ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms, as there is no AC should there be a heatwave. The house itself could use a little upgrade inside, but overall I would stay again if in the area.

Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. First the cons. Parking was very tight. Is there a way to figure out ahead of time whether there is construction close by? It was rather noisy. The fruit flies were a nuisance. The beauty of our stay was breathing salty ocean air, long walks and bike rides, meals shared on patios and indoor tables. We loved succulents also! The out door areas were beautiful. It was very convenient to have sand toys, beach chairs and towels available. The house was clean and we loved the departure policy!
