It's the ideal place for groups or families looking for a peaceful stay. The property is located just accross a beautiful park and very close to "El Pentagonito" area where you can enjoy great walks or jogging sessions.

⩥Things to note⩤
The apartment accommodates up to 6 people, only up to 4 visitors will be allowed per day (either if there are 2 or 6 people staying). Visitors must be announced before arrival. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

For long-term stays (2 weeks and up), cleaning of the apartment will be needed on a weekly basis. There is an extra charge of $65USD per week (not counting the first week, which is already covered by the cleaning fee in the reservation). If you require a higher cleaning frequency, please let us know! This additional cost will be charged separately through Paypal before checkin.

For reasons beyond our control, the neighborhood falls outside the coverage area of phone company Entel, which means that there's no phone/data coverage inside the building. Other phone companies work regularly.

Please make sure you have read all the house rules, as per VRBO rules you will be acknowledging and accepting them once you have booked your stay :)
