Deluxe Beachfront condo rez de chaussée n ° 9 à Nautibeach

À seulement 20 minutes de ferry de Cancun, Nautibeach Condos est situé sur le côté nord de Isla Mujeres sur la plage la plus populaire, Playa Norte.

Condo # 5, # 6, # 9 et # 17 sont détenus et gérés par Katy et Dave Hochmayr, et ne font pas partie du pool de location sur place. Notre propre bureau de location est situé juste avant l'entrée de Nautibeach. Nous avons un excellent personnel disponible pour vous aider avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour.

Le condo # 9 est un condo garanti au rez-de-chaussée qui a été entièrement rénové. Il y a des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine, une plaque de cuisson à 2 brûleurs et un four de taille normale. Il est situé sur le niveau du sol pour faciliter l'accès à la piscine et de la plage. Le patio sur ce condo rez de chaussée est deux fois plus grand que les balcons des deuxième et troisième condos de sol à Nautibeach, ce qui rend plus agréable pour profiter de matinées et soirées tranquilles depuis votre terrasse privée donnant sur les jardins tropicaux et la piscine.

Il y a un lit king size dans la chambre avant et un lit queen et deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre arrière.

Maid service (quotidien ou à la demande) est disponible sans frais supplémentaires.

Situé sur notre propriété est le restaurant, Mayan Beach Club - un endroit idéal pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner et l'un des meilleurs spots de l'île pour regarder les couchers de soleil. Chaises longues et parasols sont fournis à la fois autour de la piscine et sur la plage pour nos clients.

Profitez d'une belle promenade de 5 minutes dans le centre-ville pour découvrir ses nombreux magasins, restaurants, bars et la musique locale.

Nous sommes très heureux de notre nouveau projet, Isla Retreats, que nous avons achevé en mai 2017. Les six villas sont haut de gamme, décorées avec goût et entièrement meublées avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour. Toutes les villas disposent d'une télévision à écran plat, d'une télévision par câble, d'une station d'accueil pour iPod et d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit. Nous fournissons des serviettes de plage et de bain, des draps de haute qualité, un sèche-cheveux et un fer à repasser / planche à repasser. Il y a un coffre-fort dans la chambre pour ranger vos objets de valeur et vos passeports. Maid service (quotidien ou à la demande) est disponible sans frais supplémentaires. Le personnel sur place est disponible pour accueillir nos clients dans la mise en place de locations de voiturettes de golf et autres activités.

Notre objectif principal pour Isla Retreats est de fournir une expérience Caraïbes-Mexicaine unique, tranquille et unique pour adultes. Les clients peuvent s'éloigner de l'agitation du centre-ville et de la vie quotidienne pour se détendre et savourer la belle île. Nous avons conçu l’espace commun pour créer une ambiance paisible avec une piscine d’eau salée chauffée avec cascades, chaises de plage et parasols, jardins tropicaux et un palapa exquis. Nous voulions garder autant d'espaces verts que possible. Nous avons donc conçu la propriété avec de nombreuses plantes tropicales et des cocotiers. Il y a également de nombreuses sculptures en marbre et en onyx sculptées à la main dans toute la propriété.

Isla Mujeres

The condo was very nice and absolutely as advertised. Katy was great to deal with as was all those involved. The location cannot be beat — lovely pool, right on the beach which one of the nicest, if not the nicest, we have seen in Mexico, and just blocks to the downtown area. We highly recommend this condo.

Great for a family

We enjoyed our stay, it was nice to be close to town and the beach. A perfect stay for our Littles to get plenty of fun and be close to their napping spot. The only complaint would be the pool, it was hotter than the ocean, and four feet deep, not very kid friendly and ours can swim but had trouble without ever being able to touch. Overall a great stay!

Great location

Great spot- very clean- has all the comforts needed for a group of 5. The only downfall is when there is a wedding at the nearby venue, you will get no sleep. Plan to stay out late that night! Very nice pool, all employees were very accommodating and pleasant. I recommend.

A little piece of heaven

This condo is wonderful. Great location, safe, clean (best cleaning person ever!) you cannot ask for much more. The only issue we had was the lock was not installed correctly inner the doors and didn’t work. They replaced it as fast as they could and then it was great!

It was as explained perfect place. The management team right down to the gate man. Perfect patio to reflect on the beautiful day of animal rescue. Please ask all of your guest to use CARM for transportation it helps out the animal population on the island. Will recommend this property to all looking for a great place.

Amazing property!

The location to the pool and beach is amazing! The condos are very clean and nice and they have everything you need to enjoy your stay! We cooked in our condo and enjoyed everything about it! Very spacious and two couples or four four family members fit easily. Highly recommend. We met Katy and she is a doll! We booked our next trip in skill befits we left that’s how much we love everything about it!

Absolute AMAZING stay.

We absolutely loved everything about this Condo. There are turtles located right in front of the Condo and my three year old went out to tell them good morning every morning. The pool was absolutely amazing and the beach is right next to it. We would hang out at the beach and condo every day and get to munch on the beach and at the pool from the restaurant located right next door. This was our daughters first time to really get to experience the Island, and this condo allowed for many fun experiences. Thank you for letting us stay!

Wonderful place and location

Perfect Place! Great location, well stocked, comfy beds, housekeeping great, pool large and private, beautiful north beach steps from pool, etc. Only thing was the bar/gathering spot for parties behind the Nautibeach complex that, mostly on weekends, played loud music/band late into night (2:30am one night). Not a deal breaker but ear plugs may be helpful if a light sleeper. Patio a plus with overhead fan. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Definitely would rent from Katy again!

Great location, great pool area for the rare occasion we didn’t want to go to the beautiful beach, would have been helpful to know ahead of time where we could sit on beach lounges, we got asked to move several times before we figured it out! But otherwise excellent experience.

Nauti Beach February break

After 15 years away, we finally returned to paradise..the unit was absolutely so well appointed, clean, and had all the amenities. We still knew two employees it was like seeing, old friends. This is our fourth trip to the Nautibeach property and the landscaping is still stunning, and the beach-pool soooo relaxing, Playa Norte is breathtakingly beautiful. Owners of the unit are friendly and professional. Can’t wait to return. Fabulous stay.

Very nice, clean, well equipped and stocked condo. Ground floor unit so we didn't have to navigate the staircase...the patio door was used as our front door-not sure we even opened it. Love Isla Mujeres

We fell in love with Isla Mujeres from the moment we stepped off the ferry. Porters greeted us on the dock and helped cart out luggage directly to Nautibeach while we caught a cab. Everyone throughout the trip was very kind and helpful even though our Spanish was pretty rough. The grounds were beautiful and the landscape well tended. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed and our cleaner Rosa was fantastic. The Mayan restaurant was delicious and located right on the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of Playa Norte. Town was clean, full of wonderful places to eat, shopping and other adventures. We had the most amazing and time and can't wait to go back!

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family of 4 spent 5 nights in condo #5. Katy was always very accessible and prompt to answer any questions we had. It was the perfect condo. It had plenty of linens, and kitchen supplies. There were enough beds for the kids to have their own, and a comfy king sized one for us. The king sized bed was very comfortable, not too hard or lumpy. We slept well. The convenience of the ground floor was wonderful, as was the location on the property. It's just a short skip to the pool and beach and is in a nice quiet section of the condos. The condos have chair and umbrella service at the beach and pool, and the Mayan Beach Club next door can bring you drinks and food to either place. Everything was so easy! Just what we needed on vacation. We rented a golf cart at the rental office near by and we also booked whale shark and snorkel trips through them. It was a great trip and we would definitely rent this condo again!
