Did not use kitchen. Really just showered and slept here. Clean, attention to details evident. Nice neighborhood.

Perfect place. Excellent location. It was very tidy and the owner brought an AC unit when it was so hot. Also, I appreciated seeing the dog and friendly cat.

Such a cute, convenient tiny home!

We had a wonderful stay, and Nate was great! Very responsive and provided everything we needed. It's a great location, just a quick drive (or public transport) to all the major attractions, and within walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, and beautiful Greenlake. We enjoyed meeting Kevin the cat and Fib the doggo too! The home was sparkling clean, and included all the amenities we needed. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks, Nate, for a great stay!

Everything was great! The hosts and their pets were kind and communicative, the places is located near everything you need, including public transportation, and everything was clean. Great spot to unwind and explore the city from!

Great location, comfortable accommodations, responsive host

We really enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the large size of this "tiny" home. It comes equipped with everything needed for our 4 day stay. It's a moderate 4 or 5 block walk to the link. Nate came through with a couple requests during our stay. Highly recommend!

Sweet cottage with excellent location

We had a great stay here. There's a Safeway around the corner for groceries, and surprising well appointed kitchen - the best knives we've ever had in a short rental. Sometime places the knives can't cut carrots. We walked to Roosevelt Station, brunch, a fruit market, and Green Lake Park. We also loved meeting the pets in the backyard, Fib and Kevin.

Great stay in the tiny house

Perfectly convenient to transportation and fun areas. Nate was a sublime host and catered to all our questions and requests. It was also, as described, a tiny house, but it felt really spacious and roomy-enough for both my partner and I to get work done and still have a place to relax.Thanks Nate!

Great retreat in Seattle

This unit was an excellent home base for my stay in Seattle. Nate was a fantastic host and made everything extremely easy. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city.

Cute cottage

It was nice to stay in a private cottage, no adjoining unit noise. Very convenient to light rail, Safeway and Green lake. Plenty of room for 1-2 people. Beautiful flowering trees outside the kitchen window. There is a dresser but nowhere to hang clothes. I would definitely stay again.

Seattle stay

The tiny house was nicely decorated and kitchen and bath were well equipped with all you need for a quick trip. Coffeemaker, electric kettle, hot plate etc. Nice area and walkable to restaurants, shops and Easy walk to the Greenlake walking trail. Lightrail is close but not too close, which our family had an easy time using to get downtown to the football stadium. Nate was very responsive and a great host.

3 day 2 night For the Zoo and a show at Tmobile

Perfect for what we needed. Good A/C unit and fans. Private for an ADU. Parking was easy. Small snacks and water were a bonus after being in the car. I would say perfect for 2-3, four only if 2 adults and 2 small kids. Would stay again.

Excellent Tiny Home!

Fantastic location and safe. Affordable and like new. Easy check in, auto lights, nice decorative touches and amenities. Curtain around sleeping area was great for privacy and darkness. Free parking on street in front of property. Gravel driveway made it difficult to use wheeled suitcase, but very minor issue. Will stay again!

Perfect for a solo visit

Nate's cute studio had lots of great extras like bottled water and snacks; it was perfect for a quick solo trip up to Seattle. Great for one traveler or a couple with a small kiddo.
