Welcome to our luxurious and comfortable 4-bedroom, 3 full bathroom, and 2 half-bathroom townhome nestled in the heart of Conshohocken, PA. The location is incredibly convenient, close to major highways & regional rails. Fayette Street is only a short walk away, where you can find all the top-rated restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making Conshy one of the most desirable areas to live or visit. Whether you are in town for business or leisure, you will have a great time! We cherished this beautiful home and creating countless joyful memories within its walls. It holds a unique and enchanting allure! Conveniently located just a short stroll from Guppy's to grab a quick bite. Additionally, you'll find easy access to the Schuylkill River Trail and regional rails, perfect for exploring KOP, Plymouth Meeting, and Philadelphia's vibrant downtown - a quick highway hop away. Conshohocken boasts a vibrant scene with its array of restaurants, shops, and events.

This remarkable home stands as one of Conshy's finest, offering four bedrooms, including a master suite and a princess suite. Enjoy a private deck and a shared backyard. This newer construction boasts an appealing layout and practicality, complemented by a Samsung curved TV in the living room and another within the princess suite.

As for amenities, you will also find an air fryer, coffee maker and a convenient bread toaster to enhance your stay. Recently we added a standing desk and chair to make your remote working more comfortable :)

Please note that no pets, smoke of any kind and parties are allowed. There are two security cameras located outside the house for safety reasons. Since the backyard is shared with two neighbors, please be mindful and courteous.

We rented the home in winter to visit Philadelphia during the day and hangout at the house with family at night. The house was great. It is a townhome on a residential side street in Conshohoken. Everyone was comfortable, everything was clean. Nobody complained about their mattress and everyone seemed well rested. We did not cook meals at the house but the basics all seemed to be available: Coffee Pot, Electric Kettle, utensils, dishwasher, laundry... The house had bedding/towels/toilet paper/paper towels for us on our stay. During our stay it was about 23 degrees Fahrenheit at night. The foyer/downstairs living room/bathroom areas were cold. There is a decent gap in the front door (1/4") that may have been solely responsible. There are no bedrooms in the colder area so we were unaffected by this. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas were NOT cold.If you have small children there were a number of helpful things: gates at the top of some stairways, toys in the ground floor playroom, a rocking chair, a toilet with a "kid sized" toilet seat. Plugs in the living room were baby-proofed.All the bedrooms are upstairs are all a very comfortable temperature. The rest of the house was cozy. The thermostat was set to 72 degrees.The host, Daniel, was responsive to my questions and allowed us reentry when my daughter forgot her glasses. We had no issues with the house or the host, it was a great stay for me and my family. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as stated in the home. We found the home clean and well.maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and the people we meet were friendly. The only item we needed was a couple of hand towels in the main 1/2 bath. I (we) would recommend and stay again

Three long distance colleagues/friends and I stayed here in mid July while attending a conference nearby. From the start when I reserved the home and throughout our stay, the hosts were responsive and welcoming. The house is well kept, comfortable, and roomy. Perfect for a family

There's plenty of space and an amazing playroom for little ones. My kiddos did not use the playroom but we had people over and the younger kids had a great time.

Terrific experience. The house was spacious, clean, cheerful. The location was great. Quiet residential street within 1 mile walking distance to many good restaurants and coffee shops. Walking distance to train station. The owners were friendly and quick to respond with answers to our questions. Would 100% recommend.

Comfy stay for a family

We were in town for a soccer tournament with our three children ages 9 and under and this property was perfect for us! The playroom was such a nice added bonus that my kids loved, and the entire place was clean, spacious and safe (gates on the stairs etc!). The location was great - easy to get to and from the tournament games, plus close to restaurants and other local attractions. It was so lovely to have this quiet, comfortable space to return to at the end of the day! Highly recommend this place for families especially!

Great location

We stayed at this house because we are in the process of relocation to the greater Philly area. The location was perfect for our needs (play room for kids, plenty of beds, etc), and it was only a 2 minute drive to all the great food/drink Conchohocken has to offer. Daniel, our host, was responsive and made it very easy. The house is as pictured/advertised. Thanks for a great stay.
