The property was quite nice. It has an enormous back yard and was conveniently located for our stay. The well-appointed coffee bar was much appreciated, as were the complimentary snacks. I would highly recommend this property!

Well maintained, fully equi p ed kitchen. Nice big fenced in backyard was great for our two dogs. Walking distance to coffee shops, bakery, convience store, hrocery store and sports bar. Great neighborhood to walk in.

Excellent for a family stay

The house is simply appointed but comfortable. Eat-in kitchen area and living room felt open and spacious. The large back yard is a plus, particularly with small kids who might need to run around a bit...it's open and grassy, but with little or no shade. It's not landscaped or 'pretty', per se, but functional and there's also a small table with umbrella if you want to sit and eat or drink outside. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, as well as coffee and tea. Everything worked smoothly and as expected. Washer and dryer too. The beds were not particularly comfortable... they also weren't terrible. Short of higher-end mattresses, maybe some cotton sheets would make the experience more pleasant. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a plus. We were four adults and a small child... at that number there was a bit of competition for the single bathroom, but not too bad.Thanks for a nice stay.

The whole process was smooth, efficient and the house is welcoming and very comfortable and clean. We were impressed with how thoughtful the homeowner is, including providing sparkling clean dog bowls and clean dog beds, had we needed them. The neighborhood is very nice and we felt comfortable and safe walking our dogs. It is a wonderful and charming place to stay.
