We are world travelers and outdoor lovers. Welcome to our place. This peaceful 3br2br ranch style home has 1600 sqft first fl with no stair 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and a spacious full basement with another 1 3/4 bathroom. It also has backyard, koi pond and closed porch! You will have a fully equipped kitchen with 43 inches tall wood cabinets. granite countertops. Bamboo hardwood floor throughout the first floor. The washer and dryer are in the basement. high speed internet 300mbp can allow multiple people to stream movies at the same time. Our place is at the heart of king of Prussia. 5 mins to the mall, Costco, valley forge national park and many more. bus and train station nearby. 20 mins to downtown Philly. There are many great restaurants nearby, too ! feel free to ask questions! We will charge pet fee if you do have pets, please contract us first. enjoy your stay, and I can't wait to tell you all I love around here !

This was our second visit to the home. It was exactly as we remembered
 very clean, well stocked and overall extremely suitable for our needs. The location is perfect
. close to shops, restaurants, grocery store and highway. The communication with the host was seamless. We had a minor issue with the shower that was fixed and resolved immediately. When we return to the area, our preference is to stay at this home.

The house was as described and met our needs. the host was very nice an communicated well. I gave a 4 because the basement is hot and needed a fan. The towels had been white at one time but were pretty gray and dingy.

Convenient location

Great little older house centrally located to King of Prussia. Very clean with many updates in the kitchen and bathroom. Check in was very easy and there is ample parking.

One of the beds had a terrible mattress and there was some differed maintenance, but overall was great for our purposes. Lovely hosts. Not a five star accommodation, but very nice

Awesome experience.

The house was located in a great area
 close to everything we need for our trip. The home was as advertised and we were extremely pleased. We also greatly appreciated the responsiveness of the owners. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely return. Great find for our frequent travels to the area!

Very cute spot to stay

For a small house it’s quite roomy, very open with lots of nice places to sleep. The kitchen was also very nice and I appreciated all the cookware it came with. Very handy when your on a trip to save money and can eat in. Though the house could have been a little cleaner, the floors were quite dirty and the koi pound was full of mud. Little disappointing but other than that the house was like how it was described and me and my friends enjoyed our stay.

House was clean and accommodated our small group.

Overall experience was very positive. We had one small issue and owners responded in seconds and quickly resolved the problem. Basically I could not get shower to turn on and they immediately sent over a staff member to help me. The extra bathroom in the basement was very helpful.

Perfect for what we needed for a holiday weekend in Malvern/KOP

Bo was always accessible! Anything we needed - they had. And if they doesn’t, they overnighted it through Amazon for us! Truly magnificent hosts. The arrangements were perfect for our family of four (2 and 4 year old) and my parents who stayed with us as well. They kitchen was fully stocked, they had ample toiletries for us and paper products. The kids loved the koi pond! They had more pillows and blankets than we could have ever needed. The location is close to anything you could need: target, Starbucks, groceries, pizza, giant, fast food. The neighborhood isn’t the fanciest in the world but the location trumps that! We were accessible to everything we needed between malvern and Jenkintown. We had a great time and Bo was a perfect host. Don’t think twice, stay here!

Perfect for us!

Bo is an amazing host! So helpful, friendly and responds immediately. The house had plenty of space for our family. We had a total of six people ranging from age 7 - 61. We were supposed to bring our dogs, but ended up not doing that. But there is a nice backyard to walk them. The house was clean with plenty of linens. It’s in a nice, quiet, neighborhood, near stores, fast food and sit down restaurants. There is a huge downstairs open area that is perfect for a seven year old to bounce around in. There is even a workout room, which we did not use. We did use the nice washer and dryer, and both coffee makers, though! The house was within 15 minutes of both places we needed to be. I cannot say enough good things about Bo and the house! Thank you so much for opening your home to us! We would like to stay here again!

Over all this was a great place to stay! The neighbors weren’t loud and neither were we! We were only there in the evening of course except check out day. It’s a great location even for walking to several restaurants and gas stations. There was lots of space it would have been great if the basement had more use other than the twin bed, laundry room and restroom. Also it needs to be treated for mold and mildew.Maybe a pool/game table. Also the koi pond was a little let down, seems like no maintenance has been done in quite a while. And being that BO isn’t onsite it’s a little harder to verify what cleans have or have not done. With that being said we found a paper air plan and lots of dust bunnies in the living room area, the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out very well, also I think it’ll be a great idea to invest in blinds for the windows in the living room instead of only the sheer curtains. Once in the house over in front of the full body mirror there is a rug with 3 pairs of worn bedroom slipper, this is very weird for meWe didn’t use any dishes nor did we cook while there, however there are a plethora of seasonings, coffee/tea, flour, sugar, cooking oil/spray, & etc.. also some thermos are in the cabinet. They also have plenty of laundry and dish detergent as well as spray to clean the house with! Also if taking a shower in the upstairs bathroom you have to pull outwards to turn on the shower.This was a great stay away from the hustle and bustle of Philly! Will return!
