Old is new again in this freshly renovated historic house. 4 beds (two kings), 2 full baths, open floor plan, brand new everything, jukebox, fire pit, and big yard. Decor was chosen with an eye towards modern boho.

Despite the big yard, this location is VERY central, located just a half block from Tacoma's thriving 6th Ave district. Hearty brunch, Tacoma's best burgers, and overpriced cold press are just steps away! Vintage clothing and record stores too.

This listing is for an entire 4-bed, 2-bath house. There are no shared spaces.

Comfortable old house in a great location

This house was perfect for our family! beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything you need, which I find is often not the case at some of these rentals, so I really appreciated that!

The house was perfect for our family vacation-spacious, clean, comfortable beds, lots of kitchen amenities for cooking, nice backyard, excellent parking, quiet neighborhood. We came to Tacoma to see family and this house was perfect! We played cornhole in the back yard and had plenty of space to host a family brunch and a dinner. The house was clean, beautiful and the sheets were incredible! 10/10 would recommend!

The house was just lovely and so much room for everyone to have their own space. It is simply furnished and comfortable and attractive. While we did not get to utilize the outdoor backyard space, it is awesome. Communication was great. Location really awesome.

Cute home in Tacoma

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cute little home in Tacoma. With one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs in addition to three bedrooms and one bath upstairs, it was very comfortable for us to share the space with our friends. Though it is an older home, the kitchen has been nicely remodeled and there are other updates throughout the property. On the downside, the stairs are very creaky, so there is no getting downstairs quietly! Also, the cleaning fee seems rather high for a two night stay. The property managers were very helpful and responsive to questions. Overall, it was a fun place to hang out with our friends for the weekend.

Charming remodel, Great Location

Pros: Charming old house, modern kitchen, ice maker in freezer, comfortable leather couch and mattresses, great location in Central Tacoma, upstairs shower and toilet/sink in separate rooms, back alley private parking (bring a basketball for the hoop back there). New remodel, nice decor and kept old claw foot tub downstairs. Cons: Backyard firestove seems packed up for rainy months, Jukebox broken (but still looks cool). The fan lights in a couple upstairs bedrooms stopped working. Ice from city water doesn't taste great. Would be nice to have more places to hang wet towels from showers.

We throughly enjoyed our time in Tacoma. The house was spotless. Communication great. The only negative was the girdling of the two trees in the front yard. Sad to know they will die as a result!
