Historic District Stadium Location!

Séjournez dans un bel appartement moderne situé dans un cadre somptueux, historique Stadium District de Tacoma! L'appartement est rénové et entiÚrement meublé. Il est un / deux unité de bain deux-lit qui peut accueillir six personnes. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen, un futon queen, une commode, salle de bain complÚte et dressing. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit king size, commode, et promenade dans le placard. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, armoires en bois de cerisier, construits dans un lave-vaisselle, plats micro-ondes et ustensiles de cuisine. L'appartement comprend la télévision par cùble, WIFI, de la chaleur, des draps, des serviettes, des jeux, une salle de vélos et un parking attribué. Buanderie est situé à seulement un tour d'ascenseur de suite!

La location se trouve à quelques pùtés de maisons de Wright Park, le Commencement Bay Waterfront, et la vieille ville de Tacoma. Nous sommes également à une courte distance du centre-ville de Tacoma et I5. Seattle est à 45 minutes et le centre commercial de Tacoma est d'environ 20. Point Defiance, Ruston Way et Chambers Bay sont également assez proche si vous voulez une aventure en plein air. Nous sommes trÚs prÚs de nombreux grands restaurants, cafés, boutiques de Froyo, et bars, pour le plaisir intérieure, la relaxation et la nourriture délicieuse!

Nous nous réjouissons de votre séjour et espérons que vous aimez notre belle ville de Tacoma autant que nous faisons. L'une chute de l'apparition dans le Nord-Ouest du Pacifique est la météo fiable constante. Nous sommes ici pour vous assurer de profiter de votre séjour, qu'il pleuve ou qu'il fasse beau!

Perfect location for some great memories

We are super grateful to have stayed at this beautiful place. It was perfect as we needed a location that was walking distance to the store and restaurants. We were traveling with my 84 year old mom to attend the UPS graduation If we are ever in Tacoma again, we will stay here.

Beautiful rental in great location.

Rented for visit with family for niece’s graduation. Unit was in a lovely historical building but had all the modern comforts. Very walkable to all sorts of eating and entertainment. All communication with host was fantastic. Really enjoyed our time here!!

Lovely Location

Wonderful stay and location. The area neighborhood has a wonderful grocery, delicious breakfast cafe, burger and shakes cafe and cute gift shop! The host was wonderful and so kind!

Would definitely stay at this apartment again. The location was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. The linens were all top notch. She had the softest sheets and towels. Knowing we had two of our daughters with us, she had the futon already pulled out with sheets on it. Overall it was a great place to stay. I will highly recommend!

Perfect VRBO and Lucy the host is wonderful.

Great location with view of water and next to lovely architecture at stadium high school. Wonderful restaurant for breakfast below run by same owner as VRBO. Great restaurants and market in area- nice park and couldn’t ask for more. I’d definitely stay again!

Awesome Stay!

This apartment and host couldn't be better! Lucy was helpful with a couple of special requests that made our Thanksgiving stay perfect. The place is lovely, within walking distance of places to eat, and best of all next to the Art House Cafe! A perfect 10!

Love this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Tacoma! The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s located in the charming Stadium District — a perfect spot with easy access to restaurants, shops, and beautiful views of the water.The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of fresh towels, quality toiletries, and other small touches that made a big difference. It’s clear that Lucy has put a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable and welcome.We really appreciated the quiet, safe neighborhood and how close we were to all the local attractions. Would absolutely stay here when we visit from Ohio and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tacoma!

Terrific rental in great location

Really nice flat with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Rooms are generously sized and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Peek a boo view`of Commencement Bay from living and dining rooms. Great location, walkable to Wright Park, supermarket and nice restaurants. Clean and bright! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I think North End Tacoma is the most desirable part of Tacoma. It is centrally located, with easy access to everything you will need during your stay! There are great schools in the area, with beautiful, old fashioned architecture: Stadium High School and Annie Wright School. I would not want to live anywhere else! :)

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The building has a New York style: Big City, Old Style architecture. The unit has large rooms with great views. It is in a great neighborhood with walking distances to all necessities. There is even a fabulous grocery store a block away! We are very close to Tacoma's Theater District, in case you want to enjoy an evening of the arts! We hope you enjoy the beautiful neighborhood of North End Tacoma as much as we do! :)
