Welcome to our newly built condo, situated within a secure building with front desk for your peace of mind. This spacious retreat is perfect for a couple's getaway, featuring a vast deck complete with a retractable awning, deck furniture and plenty of space to relax.
Inside, you'll find a beautifully furnished living space with dual air conditioning for ultimate comfort. Stay connected with satellite wireless internet and enjoy entertainment with TVs in both the living room and bedroom.

Our prime location allows for a seamless vacation experience. The beach and harbor are just a brief 5-minute stroll away, and quite a few dining options throughout the neighborhood. Need cash? Four banks with ATMs are conveniently located next door.

I had a great stay! The apartment was nice and clean, the AC worked great in both rooms and it was really comforting to come back to a cool apartment and escape the heat. The shower had hot water every night and it was great having a washer and dryer. I personally had a learning curve with the shower and did shower with cold There was also laundry detergent which was nice. I was curious if I had to bring my own or buy some but there was some provided but I'm not sure if that's guaranteed. It's also a great location with delicious breakfast spots, a pilates studio and gym nearby and of course the beach! It's also near two banks so if you need to pull out any pesos, it's really easy to do that. If anything, I recommend any future guests to bring some slippers, it's really easy to get sand into the apartment considering it's so close to the beach and if you go to the beach you just end up with sand on you so I just wished I had some alternative footwear inside the apartment. I also was able to still work in the apartment, the wifi worked great and I was able to take calls without any issues. There's also filtered water both at the kitchen sink and refrigerator so you're never parched. John the host was also very responsive and he has a point of contact locally too so if you had any questions during your stay, there's someone always nearby. I honestly have all good things to say about my stay. I stayed for two weeks and it was the perfect home away from home.

Great place, great location, all amenities, great stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher. Vey was a great property manager and was helpful and friendly.You must visit the smoothie shop across the street.

Santa Cruz condo

Unfortunately my wife and I we’re ill for the first 3 weeks, something we caught on the plane ride down from Vancouver. However, we made up for it this last week. A note, the Mexicans here treated us so good that I recommend our fellow Canadians should five it a try!

Safe quiet town, lovely Condo!

We stayed eleven days on the second floor Cala Condos& lofts. Large deck with shade or sun , comfortable bed, large fridge. Shops , restaurants and beach a short walk. Easy access code lock. Nicely furnished. Roof top lap pool with shade or sun options. Secure front door with attendant. Great AC.

Fabulous!

My husband and I recently stayed at this property for two weeks. It was wonderful. The location is perfect, walking distance to Santa Cruz beach, Saturday market in park, restaurants and other beaches. The condo itself is lovely. Very clean, great appliances, comfortable bed, with nice large patio. Vey greeted us upon arrival, walked us through the unit, showed us how to use the deck awning, brought us to the roof top pool and provided a beautiful bouquet of flowers. There were beach umbrella's and chairs to use, which was handy. Vey checked in on us halfway through our trip to make sure everything was good and to see if we required anything. We would highly recommend this condo. Thank you again to Vey, who was very kind and told us to reach out to her if we required anything. Great customer experience!

Huatulco Happy Place:)

Excellent location! Walking distance to everything you need: Close to Santa Cruz beach, Saturday market, amazing restaurants, morning coffee etc. Suitable for those who enjoy a well-maintained rooftop area and serene lap pool. So thankful for the reverse osmosis water system and the in-house washer and dryer. Accomodating hosts and comfortable and safe area. Short walk to La Crucecita for groceries and cab home with one of the many friendly drivers. Looking forward to returning to Huatulco!

Fantastic condo

Excellant location. Great amenities! Well stocked condo. RO water system was the best! Some construction going on so kinda noisy during day. Great Balcony. Great communication with owner. If we needed anything it was dealt with immediately.

Amazing!

The property is as described. It is very close to restaurants, the beach, shopping, etc. The taxis are readily available to take you to La Crucecita or beyond. Location is definitely a key point. There is a front desk person 24 hours, and the common spaces are kept very tidy. A huge plus for us was the in suite laundry, and water/ice. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was huge. The bed was excellent. The roof top area with pool and bbq were very well done. The communication with both the host (John) and his local manager were fantastic. Vey( the manager) was warm and welcoming and answered any questions that we had. I would gladly stay here again. I would recommend bringing beach chairs/umbrella if needed, but other than that they pretty well have you covered.
