ABOUT THE SPACE

This beautiful, up to date home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, easily accommodating up to 10 guests. This location is prime! You can take a short stroll to the beach, the pool located down the street, or to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall across the highway.

BEDROOM & BATH

This space is bright, modern, up to date on all decor, and beautifully laid out! On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms including the master suite. The master suite offers the ultimate private getaway located towards the back of the house with its own private door leading directly to the back patio. It has a comfortable king size bed, sitting chair, double closets, and a large luxurious bathroom.

The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor towards the front of the home. The first guest bedroom can sleep two people in its two oversized twin beds, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed. These two bedroom spaces have their own tvs, closets, and share a beautiful full sized bathroom with a large walk in shower.

When you walk up to the second floor, you are greeted by a large, open concept area with an oversized sectional that has a pullout bed, easily sleeping more guests. The area also has seating with a small table and three chairs that is perfect for playing board games with your friends or family. There is also a comfortable, large chair that is a great place for cozying up under a blanket and watching a movie.

The fourth bedroom is also located on the second floor, just past the kitchen. It has a queen sized bed, with big, bright windows, a tv, and a full size bathroom just across the hall.

Moving up to the third floor, it is called a tower loft which is a fun space that has a couch with a pullout bed and 2 sitting chairs, comfortably sleeping more guests.

KITCHEN & LIVING

The main living and kitchen area are located on the second floor. The beautiful kitchen is stocked with everything you need to stay in and cook, or to store all of your favorite foods for the beach or patio sitting.

Past the kitchen area is an extra large dining table with 6 chairs and a long bench, there is plenty of room for everyone at this table!

The second floor also has a balcony which boasts views of the gulf of Mexico! Take the door outside and be ready to catch your breath while taking in the views from the comfortable outdoor seating.

The laundry room is just across from the kitchen on the second floor and has a full sized washer and dryer so you can keep your clothes clean during your stay or wash your beach towels before heading home!

OTHER INFORMATION
Our driveway can hold 3 medium vehicles and you have access to any of the parking spots along the street.
There is an outside shower and 2 water hoses to rinse off the sand.
If you have any questions or concerns, you will be able to contact your hosts directly at any time throughout your stay via call/text/email.
The Pack-n-play + sheets are in the master bedroom closet. You can find the queen blow up mattress, sheets, and blankets in the loft.
Extra pillows and blankets can be found in all the closets.
