2024 Spring Break

The entire property was perfect. My daughter's and I loved the house and location. We weren't able to use the pool because it was colder then the Gulf but that was fine. Highly would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful x4

We only stayed in this wonderful authentic house for 3 days, but when we had to leave we regretted that it wasn't a week. The children jumped happily through the great family rooms. Everything you needed for life was there and the beach is only 10 minutes away. If we return, it will be to this house.

Lovely Stay

This house was cute and in a very friendly, quiet neighborhood. Lots of space to spread out. My only disappointment is that the pool wasn't heated, but that is on me for just assuming it was. The couch in the living room is also extremely uncomfortable, but we weren't inside much since the outdoor space was so nice! Will definitely keep this house in mind next time we go back!

Prefect Getaway

Very nice, and clean. We enjoyed it. We'll definitely return. I had last minute changes. I got custody of my grandchildren and they went out and got a highchair and playpen for me to use which was right on time i forgot a highchair. The house was wonderful. We will return. Snookered

Had to look at a green swimming pool our whole stay. Trashy pool area, it look like a elementary school pool party gone bad. The house was tidy and the yard needs work. We'll pick another place next time. Owner should have known everything was ok before renting.

Visit with family for holiday

My husbands family lives in Bradenton so we are familiar with the area and have stayed in other rentals. The location of this home was great; residential and tucked away from busy streets yet near all of our favorites and my in-laws. The house itself is incredibly spacious. There are a plethora of cabinets in the kitchen, living room, and primary bathroom. Even the laundry room is big. It was very clean and well-decorated. The pool was a must for us and we loved how it large the sliding door was to see out from the kitchen to the pool and patio area. We appreciated the extras such as dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper (though we did bring and use our own), pool toys, and the extra towels in the closet for the bathroom and pool/beach. Speaking of closets, there are many and the owner provided hangers which is great however be informed there are no dressers or chests in any of the bedrooms. Not all clothing can be hung in a closet (i.e. socks, undergarments). While everything in the home was updated and new, the only compliant we have is the quality of the furniture. Again, aesthetics were pleasing but it all seemed poor quality. I can see the owner needing to replace furniture very soon. For example, the springs can be felt from the top of the cushions on the sofa and the barstool foot rests fall off just by placing a foot on them. With that said, we would recommend it to others and consider staying here again.

Relaxing and comfortable

We loved the house for our extended family of 8, aged 7 to 68. We were able to relax at ‘home’ as well as have a base from which to adventure on Anna Maria Island and on the main land. We especially liked the pool and how easily accessible it was. Right outside the main room is the patio with the pool right there. With a variety of spaces to hang out, we did not feel like we were on top of each other. I liked that the TV room was not the main room. It was comfortable with lots of couch space, but not the center of the kids’ attention. The yard was a bit unkempt. But that’s not what we were there for. The outside space around the pool was all we needed. A few issues we had were that the microwave sometimes worked, sometimes not. And the beds in the 2nd and 3rd rooms need tightened. They are squeaky and the base slats need adjusted. But nothing that can’t be addressed.
