Roomy, exquisite, and relaxing

Perfect place for 3 families to enjoy the pool and whole house without feeling on top of each other. Great proximity to ESPN Wild World of Sports for our soccer needs and Universal for our fun! Very easily accessible to major highways. Highly recommend this place for easy check in and overall amenities offered.

We were a group of moms here for our daughters cheer competition. It was a perfect house because everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool provided a great downtime activity.

The roperty was in a great location, and had the safety of being within a gated community. The rooms were big with ensuite, and the beds were comy. We specially liked the pool, it was great for cooling down at 5he end of the day. There was ample seating outside, which we enjoyed as we ate outdoors every day.

101 Happy Memories Made!

Staying at the villa beside Disney World in Orlando was an absolute delight! The safe gated community provided peace of mind, and its proximity to restaurants and shops made dining and exploring incredibly convenient. The spacious, well-appointed house was perfect for families or groups of friends, offering en-suite bedrooms for added comfort. The highlight was definitely the fantastic pool and jacuzzi area—a wonderful space for both relaxation and enjoying the sun. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay near the attractions.

Close to the parks

Key code that was given was wrong and had to wait for it to be resolved but that was a 10 minute fix. Clean property and every thing is as listed. Bathrooms are dated and could use an upgrade. Close to the parks.

Hi John and thanks for the feedback. Interested to understand better around the key code. Can you give me more details on what happened. We changed property access method before you arrive, I sent an updated access instruction 3 days before your arrival via the VRBO chat. Did you receive these, if so was the error related to them? Please accept my apologies I should have also followed up with a call to check you had received the new Welcome Guide with the updated access instructions. I did also send a general connect to see that all is well, I sent this on VRBO on the 12th of June the day after your arrival, did you receive it? We aim to address items as quickly as possible. With respect to the bathrooms, we will consider this further as we continue to refresh the villa, annually we do different areas so will consider the bathrooms at that point. The home fit our needs well. We were 4 adults working in the area. The house was comfortable for all, in a quiet neighborhood near all the attractions of the area. All stores and restaurants areclose by. Communication was fantastic. Any issues we had were addressed quickly and very satisfactory by the host's maintenance team. I would highly recommend this home for a stay of any length in this area and would not hesitate to stay again.

Welcoming home.

The 4 king suites make it nice for 8 adults. We weren’t traveling with children but there is nice rooms for them. Close to shopping and the Disney area.

Great house but other rentals will Include BBQ Grill & Heated Spa for the same price

Great house and location but I missed the fact if you wanted to heat the spa / pool there was an extra $50 per day fee and there was no BBQ grill. If you wanted a grill, you had to rent from outside company for an extra $30 per day. We rented our houses in this neighbor and the grill & heated pool / spa was included in the price. It was my fault for not reading the entire property description and assuming all rentals were the same.

Magical stay away from home

My family & I stayed here and we all had a great time with each other at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for the 14 family member to spread out. The house is just as described in the description. The host was very accommodating from the very beginning and his response was all in a timely manner. When there was a issue or concern it was resolved in a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend staying at this home as I will when I am in this area again. THANK YOU MR. DEREK and your staff for making our Family Reunion a success.

The villa was exactly as described and pictured.

The villa was exactly as described and pictured. There was enough space for our group of 10 people. There was enough crockery and cutlery for more than 10 people. There was a small problem with the screen over the pool which was rectified with in 2 days but didn’t distract us from enjoying the pool in any way. The owner reached out to us in the first instance and was very approachable. I would recommend this villa to anyone with a large group.

Fun family stay

The property is as pictured and was a comfortable stay for our family of 10. The community is gated and the home is on a cul-de-sac so it's quiet. Publix, Walmart, Target, CVS, liquor stores and many restaurants are within a 3-mile drive, but 192 can get quite heavy with traffic. Rooms are a good size, and enough seating for meals, including seating on the lanai. Good sized refrigerator and large freezer. Plenty of plates, cups and utensils. Could have used a few more server dishes for big group meals, but otherwise there was enough cookware. Pool is a good size and enough seats for lounging. Everyone enjoyed the game room in the garage. My biggest complaint is that the original listing included a grill, which was an important selection criteria because the central event of our vacation was an extended family cookout. I discovered AFTER booking that it did NOT have a grill, and I had to rent one ($80/week). There was no referral to a specific vendor and the vendor I contracted never actually delivered the grill. This quite obviously negatively impacted the event. The owner has since updated the listing. Note to Renters: DO NOT leave food out on counters. Before we even brought food, we noticed tiny ants on the counters. The kitchen was clean, but it's just a Florida thing. Also, bring bath soap because the starter soaps won't last more than a day or two. Note to owner: You need more washcloths - there were only 4 in the house which is not enough for all guests. It would be good to get placemats to protect your kitchen and dining tables, and inside door mats - especially from the lanai to the kitchen. The remote control in the family room has a puncture hole on the down arrow button and it would be good to store extra batteries as several remotes did not work. Also, the drainage in some of the showers should be addressed (especially MBA-1).

Hi Tod, Thanks for the review, your advice to future guests and also myself. Confusion around the grill was solely my fault, we had changed management companies year earlier (who offered a grill), I hadn't updated the listing. Happy to cover the costs of grill rental on the basis that advert at the time stated it was an option. As you say Florida is a sub-tropical environment and tiny ants can be a problem. For future guests please be aware that the house is regularly treated and inspected as a measure to mitigate. Washcloths, placemats, remote control and shower drains I will raise with the property management team. Thanks again for your business and review and hope to see you again in the future. BR Derek

The check in process was easy. We just drove to the house and used the process we were emailed. The house was ready and cleaned for us. We were a group of nine with a 5 year old. This was a very clean and beautiful home.

There was one thing that wasn’t too pleasant concerning the home, and that was the air condition the house wasn’t cool enough the rooms was uncomfortable. At 10 o’clock at night it was 81° in the house it made a group of 10 very uncomfortable. Other than that we love the home and was very pleased with everything else I would recommend this home in this neighborhood to anyone that was looking for a vacation home.

Update 7/7 AC technician attended house and there was a fault needing rectified with the AC system. That has now been done and current guests confirmed AC is working well. Future guests if there is an issue with the villa in first case please contact the property managment second case myself when you identify the issue . BR Derek Karen thanks for your review. Glad that you loved the home and were pleased with everything apart from Ac. Sorry to hear about the AC issue, the system will be fully serviced today. I should have made it clearer that you can contact either myself or the property managment team during your stay. We could have addressed this earlier had we known. I suspect there is a fault as you were the first to comment on AC, either way it will be addressed today. Moving forward I will try and connect with all guests during their stay.
