The house is located in a super convenient city area.
- Close to 60, 5, -605, and 57 freeways.
- Close to shopping mall, restaurants, gas station and supermarket: Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods.
- At only 25 minute to Disneyland, 30min to L.A downtown, or 35 min to Longbeach.

CHECK-IN TIME :
Starting at 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) via smart lock (The code will be sent 30 min prior to your check-in)

CHECK-OUT TIME :
11:00 AM (Due to the time needed to carry out our extensive cleaning protocols, we cannot cater to a late check-out request)
Other things to note
PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the like for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.

SECURITY: The property is equipped with security cameras installed on the property's exterior (i.e., driveway and front door cameras) to ensure guest safety.
