The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto the pool deck, the water already warm from the heated private pool inviting you to dip in after a day at the parks. Inside, the open‑concept living area welcomes you with a spacious family room where a flat‑screen TV and plush couches create a perfect spot for movie night or a board game in the small game room. The scent of fresh coffee drifts from the fully stocked kitchen, ready for a hearty breakfast before you head out to explore Orlando’s attractions.



Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms provide ample space for families or groups, with three full bathrooms and one half bathroom thoughtfully placed on the upper and lower levels. The master suite includes an en‑suite full bathroom for added convenience.



Outdoor living

Parking for two cars is provided, and a free washer and dryer keep your linens fresh throughout your stay. The home’s open layout, heated private pool, and convenient location combine to create a comfortable base for families and groups exploring Orlando.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway - absolutely no parking is allowed on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Tuscan Hills is a beautiful community greeting you with water fountains, topiary landscaping and villas with red tiled roofs. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including a gym, tennis court and volleyball court, and small playground.



If your sport is Golf, then we are close to Championsgate, Reunion and Southern Dunes as well as several others. Regardless of your interests, Tuscan Hills promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family.



Getting Around:

Tuscan Hills is located just off Highway 27 in Davenport, Florida and is only 15 minutes from Disneys main gate. Tuscan Hills is the ideal place for your dream Florida holiday as its within 30 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks, close to shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants. If you fancy a day trip to the beach you have the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) within about 60-80 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
