Amazing vacation home

We had such a great experience! Michelle was very responsive and helped through the entire booking process along with checking in before we arrived, while we were there, and even afterwards. The home was spacious enough for 10 adults and 3 kids. We loved the pool and the overhang area out back so we could be outside even when it rained.

Air B&B was awesome. Great location and its inside a gated community with security, Only way in is with a security code. Great for piece of mind. House is massive with lots of room and bathrooms. Could easily fit 2 family's of 4. Pool and ping pong in the garage. Anyone who's into playing pool bring your own pool sticks. The pool sticks here are in rough shape with all the tips missing. There are plenty of bath towels but no face cloths so bring your own. Over all the house is awesome. Would definitely stay here again

We had a great time and the property was the perfect size for our family. We were able to communicate with the owners and they got back to us promptly with all questions we had.

Disappointed

Two big problems: 1. We had one day to use the pool for the entire day. I paid for it to be heated. It wasn’t. After 4 visits from maintenance it finally worked, at the end of the day. My kids were so disappointed. And no partial refund was offered. 2. my husband left his Apple Watch on the coffee table by mistake. I called within 24 hours of checking out to see if they could ship it. They claimed they didn’t find it. Obviously that wasn’t true. I wouldn’t stay anywhere again that has a crew that isn’t honest. Place was clean it was a little odd there was no cleaning products so I couldn’t easily keep it clean during stay. Location was a cell dead zone and it wasn’t conveniently located. We visit Florida often. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t stay here again.

I checked on you a few times during you stay. You never mentioned any issues with pool heating. The pool was heated the entire time and you never asked me for any refunds. If you didn't plan well during your short stay and no time to use the pool, it's not our responsibility to compensate you. I know you were disappointed that your husband lost his watch, but without any evidence you can't accuse our crew who didn't find it. It's very unfair to rate your stay based on your personal emotions without any facts. This is a very nice and popular vacation home. All our crew are very professional and dedicated.

Excellent all the way around! Everything was as advertised! Pool was clean; home was clean. Check-in and out very seamless! Owners were responsive!

Family Vacation

This property was excellent for our Disney family vacation. There were plenty of rooms and the heated pool was a great bonus. It was close to all Disney parks and other shopping that we needed to do. I would recommend this home for any large groups or families.

Worst by far.

First the door code didn't work when arrived had to wait 20min for code to get reset. Down stairs AC was out the first night of 2, was repaired in the mornining. So it was an uncomfortable night for most. Night 2 after leaving water park wifi goes down and with kids and teenagers you know how that went. I've rented various homes and this was by far the worst experience my family had. House is a little out dated would not recommend. Also have never had to wash linen towels and rags before departure at any other home rentals. Neighborhood is great, kids had fun in the pool and the home did accommodate far as space. Overall home needed modernization and upgraded.

Sorry about the door code. A system glitch due to the very last minute booking was completely fixed. It won't happen again. As you know the two AC units in the house were all cooling nicely after your arrival. We always check them before each arrival. Unfortunately one of them unexpectedly failed late at night. It was totally out of our control. As soon as you reported it after 11pm, the manager went to house within minutes to help and and fixed it within hours. The Wifi was offered by the resort. A bad storm caused the temporary outage. Sorry for the unexpected issues. They were all fixed very quickly. Guests don't need to wash anything. Checkout instructions and cleaning standards were all updated following the CDC standards. Good to know you like the neighborhood, the pool and the space. The house is just as the pictures shown.

This property was amazing. It is exactly as described. We had an amazing time. And it is only a short drive to Disney and Universal. We will definitely use this renter and/or property again. Very pleased

Great house and great owner!

We were looking for a 6+ bedroom house in the Orlando area. We booked a different house and the owner, Michelle, emailed us that the original house was booked. She went out of her way to get us this house for our requested dates. Everyone LOVEd the house. Very nice and plenty of room! We will be back.
